My knees buckled, and I fell forward, caging her curvy body against the wall. But if it bothered her or was too much, she could have fooled me. Kitty simply held me closer. Tighter. Wrapping her limbs around my body, her little hole quivering and still convulsing around me even as my cock started to feel a little overly sensitive.

“Kitty.” She stayed pressed against my face like she was hiding.

“Did you mean it?” she whispered, and I stilled. “Did you mean it?” she repeated a little louder. “Or was it us getting lost in the moment. Because if it was?—“

“I meant it.” I pulled away to look into the deep brown eyes I knew were my whole entire life. “I love you, Kitty Ortega.” I kissed her. “I love everything about you, Katarina.” My lips touched hers again because I was a greedy motherfucker.

“Were you caught up in the moment?” I asked, and she shook her head, her answer silent but immediate and honest. “Good. Because you’re mine.”

“You’re a little bossier and more caveman-ish that I thought you were,” she teased, making my dick twitch.

“You have no idea.” I winked, and a soft laugh escaped from her. I carried her back to the couch, where we sat and rested, catching our breath before she sat up. I still hadn’t left her body. I wasn’t ready to.

“You came inside of me,” she pointed out softly, resting her head on my shoulder, squeezing her sugary walls around me, massaging me, keeping me from softening inside of her.

“You’re safe with me. I’m clean.”

“I’m clean, too. And on the pill,” she shared, something I already knew, but I simply shrugged.

“Next time,” the words slipped past my lips, but I wasn’t going to act like I didn’t say them.

“Next time, what?” she asked.

“Next time, it’ll take.”

“Take?” she repeated, slightly confused, until something flashed in her eyes. “You want babies.”

“I want babies with you,” I answered.

“What if I don’t?” she asked. “I mean, what if I don’t want kids?”

“Then we can get a bunch of dogs or cats or goats.”

“Goats?” She giggled. I nodded, unable to look away. Blinking in her presence felt wrong, like missing anything would obliterate me.

“Cows?”

“I wouldn’t mind a couple of babies with you.” She sighed contently, unknowingly handing me a future I had no idea was possible.

“Yeah?’”

“Yeah.”

“Good.” I winked. “But there is no rush. We have a lot to do before that.” I settled against the couch, stroking the line of her spine, loving the quiet, calm moment.

“Like what?”

“Like my kitten needs to make a couple of her dreams come true.” This made her pull back, and that slightly familiar look of disbelief returned, but I didn’t take it personally. Soon enough, she would come to learn there was nothing we couldn’t have as long as we were together.

“Dreams?” She rolled her eyes, but I could see the hope reflected in her gaze.

“You gotta know something about me, Katarina. I don’t do anything I don’t want to. I don’t say anything I don’t mean. And there isn’t a fucking thing I don’t know about when it comes to you.”

“Jonas—“

“Just like I knew you liked to read, I know other things. Like how you make shoes. Incredible designs. And lingerie.” She chewed on her bottom lip.

“For strippers,” she said. I didn’t blink. I knew what she was trying to do. She was trying downplay her dreams, her goals, her talent. And fuck that if she thought I would allow that.
