I bought a strip club to keep her safe.

One look at the woman up on the stage, and I felt like life laughed at me. My tightly-controlled world shattered with a mere glimpse of those dark, sultry come-hither bedroom eyes and endless feminine curves. Something inside of me took over—a beast I didn’t know existed hungered for her.
I told myself letting her dance on stage while I paid for her to sit next to me in a private room I’d had designed with her in mind would be enough to sate the beast.
