Buttercup cried into my neck, and I felt Finn sniffling too. I squeezed them close to me and Lacy joined our hug. I said, “Travis and Jackie, you gotta join the Frost family hug! I see you back there, sister in law of mine.” They joined us.

I whispered, “Wesley, you are our honorary soon to be member. Get over here.” Wesley popped closer and hugged Buttercup. I smirked at SGAP who glowered at me. Fang chuckled, “Thor is positively chomping at the bit over ourstalling tactics. He’ll never be upset with our pups or his own though.” I knew that. It was one of his features, which I knew since he was my wind-up toy.

I kissed my pups, “Now, you guys go with Wesley. You all have plans in the Hackura realm, and you can’t miss those. I’m perfectly fine and you’ve seen that. You must go inform your cousins their fun uncle is fine. There will be no more worrying about such adult topics. They are deeply boring and not for minds like yours.” I kissed and hugged them both again.

Wesley grumbled, “I’m not taking Buttercup anywhere until she’s happy and not crying.” I cooed, “You are the spitting image of SGAP right now, but we accept that because you love my pup so.” People chuckled.

Buttercup took a deep breath then said, “I’m fine now, Wes. I just needed to see my dad.” My daughter ran into his arms and whispered, “Thank you for bringing us here, Wes.” Finn agreed, “It was really cool of you. I did know you’d do it though since it’s what Buttercup wanted.”

Wesley replied, “I’d have done it for you too, Finn.” Finn winked, “I know that. I’m learning all the Alphas features.” I wiped a fake tear from my eyes, “He’s such a chip off the old block. I’m so proud right now. The future generation will be his wind-up toys. He’s such a quick learner.”

Emma Daniels flashed over into his arms. I whispered, “Alpha Baby Daddy, she’s still so fast! Where are we on her cement shoes? I sent you that specialist shoemaker willing to give it a try.” Alpha Baby Daddy rolled his eyes.

I hummed, “I see that I will have to do that myself. Have no fear, I am used to such treatment. I always have to do everything. Emma, my darling future daughter in law, I will get you the special fun cement shoes and we can test if it slows you down.”

Emma laughed, “That sounds fun.” I gasped, “The pups are making me all twitterpated with pride! This one doesn’t evenhave Beta blood. It’s the Hood part of the holf wanting to be tested and have fun! OH! I can get on the schedule of the Hood himself to implement my cement shoe speed test!”

I saw the man I was speaking of, but he wasn’t in his outfit. I called, “Heath Scott, do get me on the Hood’s schedule. Please and thank you.” Heath dryly said, “I’ll do what I can.” Yes, well the peasants didn’t know that he was the Hood himself but I did.

Most didn’t even suspect him anymore since their family was outed as the leaders of the Shroud. Fang growled, “Mommy Queenie Meanie did that too!” I couldn’t prove that either, but it was what I thought had happened. The pups were all popped out.

I linked Lacy, “Alas, my buffers are all gone and now SGAP’s imaginary patience will shatter.” Lacy smirked at me and squeezed me tighter. SGAP demanded, “Dylan, give me answers for the LOVE OF GOD! Haley linked me that there was a drink laid out for her, and she drank it because there was a note from you in your handwriting.”

I gasped, “I HAVE HAD MY HANDWRITING IMPERSONATED?! This is the highest of crimes. People are trying to RUIN my Christmas in other month’s day. The nerve, the gumption, THE GAUL! GET THEM SGAP!”

SGAP retorted, “I’d love to IF YOU WOULD TELL ME WHO DID IT!” Fang snarled, “Mommy Queenie Meanie!” I replied to my wolf, “Even if she gave them ideas or a schedule, she didn’t do it. She’s not here. Besides, we have no proof. Because sadly suspicions don’t count.”

Fang snarled, “She did it and I know it.” Yeah, but we needed proof to accuse her out loud. Cassandra was the former Luna of Black Mountain. You couldn’t just throw mud on her name, even if she deserved it. Plus, they were our allies.

I told the group, “I was supposed to head home to enjoy my whipped up Lacy snack.” Lucas groaned. I whispered, “I alreadyknow you were enjoying your Emmaline break snack. I had her all set up in smores like you like, but with cocoa sprinkled on her to smell like Christmas.” Travis snorted.

I continued at regular volume, “I was all upset about you not being here, SGAP. It felt like forces were against my having Christmas pup Frost. That would just not do, because my lovely mate is gifting that to me. So, I changed course to go speak with Alpha Baby Daddy.”

The man himself questioned, “Me? What was I supposed to do?” I replied, “Fake an emergency so your mentor had to come back and release magic. Preferably an emergency where he would get to kill people. Nothing would bring him back faster as it’s one of his favorite past times.” SGAP sighed loudly.

Lucas snorted, “Was I not here?” I petted his head like a dog, “Of course you were here. Some people would never mess with my schedule.” I shot a look at SGAP who raised an eyebrow. I continued, “I just needed you to be properly motivated with your competitive spirit, Lucas.” My Alpha rolled his eyes.

Alpha Baby Daddy asked, “Why would I make up a reason to get Eric back here for you?” I replied, “Because you owe me so much, and your Luna would’ve laughed. Since she’d have been into the plan, you’d have done it. If she wasn’t with you,” I whispered, “which I knew she was.”

I went back to regular volume, “Beta Mattie owes me. OH, LOOK MY ADOPTED BROTHER SHOWED UP WEAPON IN HAND!” Farrin explained, “Lucinda called and told me about what happened after your planning meeting broke down. She said there was an attack happened.”

I replied, “You’re a little late, but we love that you made the effort. It’s what counts in our hearts. Beta Tex is the winner though. Our little brother was a close second with his javelin like plan.” Farrin smirked, “Of course he was. Travis is a smart man.”

Lacy asked, “What happened next?” I admitted, “Well, you all are lucky that I have such superior sleuthing skills. I could’ve kept walking right into the rogues with no stench, it was rude of them when you consider all the factors. That is one of their key giveaways to being in an area. Next, they won’t have red eyes or something. Team Party Fowl is running amuck and they have to be put in their place.”

SGAP growled, “So, that’s how they got in undetected? They didn’t have a fucking scent?!” King Fire Hands said, “They would’ve soon.” Beta Tex said, “They have their stench back now in the dungeons.” I huffed, “Team Party foul people are the worst.”

King Fire Hands explained, “The Goblins can temporarily bind a scent, but they can only do it once. It’s also for a short period of time.” I hummed, “One might say they got too big for their britches.” Haley said, “Ofuckingk, that’s it. I have been so fucking quiet while my friend Dylan said all these crazy ass this realm sayings! What the fuck is going on?”

I giggled, “I did wonder how many I would get away with. It was so many and a new record for me. Near death experiences are clearly the key.” SGAP growled at me again. I loudly told everyone, “He’s so mad I almost died in his territory.”

Beta Tex said, “I was on it. You were not going to die, Dylan.” I replied, “Which is why you get a pup named after you. Gosh SGAP, you’re such a slacker. Your own pup is named after you but yours is not someone’s else first name. Beta Tex will beat you the punch if you don’t up your game.” Cassandra came back and surveyed our group. SGAP asked, “Where were you, mom?”

Cassandra answered, “Out with friends. Am I not allowed to have friends now?” Fang huffed in my head. I chimed in, “Jeez, SGAP. You’re running a tighter area than normal over here. One cannot ask where someone was. WAIT! Why is anyone askingwhy I was over here? I could be having I almost died sexy time, that you have orders about SGAP and Sleep Tyrant.”

Cassandra asked me, “You almost died?” I whispered, “Listen to the pack link every so often. It would help you not walk into a situation totally unprepared. I do worry about that pack you came from all the time.”

Cassandra questioned, “Why?” I answered, “Your Gamma blood doesn’t fire correctly. Don’t worry, I’ve made some calls and we will get you the help you need.” Cassandra growled like a human, “I don’t need help.” Fang snorted, “She needs help off a steep cliff.” I replied, “Good one.”
