Passing this class was her only goal. Falling for him wasn’t part of the plan.

Eden Miller, a final year Chemistry student, has one goal in her mind. Pass this one Literature subject then she can move on to her Honours, then her PhD. Everything is set in place except…
She failed this subject the first time. And if she fails again, Eden won’t be able to do her Honours. Or her PhD. She’ll have to return back to her country town and all the years of relentless study will be for nothing. So who can blame her for getting a little bit of extra help?
Oliver James just wants to keep his head down this year. Complete his degree, stay out of the way of his overbearing father and brother, and finally finish the book he’s been writing for his mum. His tutoring services aren’t usually requested by final year students, but who is he to refuse a little bit of extra cash?

What he didn’t expect was to be hit by the force that is Eden Miller. Determined, practical, and headstrong, Eden wants nothing more than to leave this subject in her rearview mirror. But what happens when the tutoring sessions start running a little longer, when the eye contact starts to veer into the ‘more-than-friends’ territory? What happens when Eden’s tightly held control over every aspect of her life starts slipping away, and a boy with green eyes is at the centre of it all?
