“Sign it,” Tian orders, with no emotion in his hoarse voice, tapping his knuckles on the paper and leaving a trail of blood in his wake. I try to ignore the growl going right to the pit of my stomach while he looks at his hand. He takes his black tie off roughly and wraps it around his right hand to stop the bleeding.
“Read it.” His voice is gruff, never taking his eyes off me.
I bare my teeth at him while he smiles, letting my eyes scan over the text. A lot of boring stuff about merging our two families and assets, and me having to give him an heir.
“What the hell?” I exclaim, pointing to the paragraph. He walks to the window to light a cigarette, looking outside as the water sprays against the floor to ceiling glass wall. When I get to the part about me being promised to him by Moon my mouth drops to the floor.
“Why me?” I ask out loud.
The lawyer’s voice cracks, while he clears his throat. “Your bloodline,” he says, his voice almost a whisper.
“My bloodline?” I yell looking at Tian, the corner of his lip twitches. Is the son of a bitch trying to hide his smile? He turns his back to me, blowing out the smoke through his nose. I can see it in the reflection of the windows.
“Yes, it’s your blood. That’s why he gave you to me.” He laughs under his breath. Is he referring to Moon or my adoptive father?
“So, what are we, science experiments? Puppets?” I ask, looking at the lawyer, then at the man I’m supposed to produce an heir with. Some sort of special blood baby. I can see Tian’s smirk in the reflection of the glass, and I want nothing more than to get a gun and shoot him in the back. Or push this pen between his shoulder blades.
“Your blood, and your father made this decision for you. Please sign the marriage papers.” I watch as a line of sweat runs down the lawyer’s forehead. He takes out a handkerchief and wipes his face with it. Little dots of white paper get stuck between his brows.
“You’re never leaving this boat alive if you don’t sign, and we both know it, Dash.” Tian’s deep voice cuts through the air. “Remember what your brother told you.”
Moon said I should trust Tian. Can I? “Don’t call me that,” I bite out and this gets another deep chuckle from him as he leans his back against the glass. He pushes both hands in his pockets. My eyes land on the place I shouldn’t be drawn to, but it’s hard not to notice what the man is packing between his legs. He saunters over to me and leans over the back of my chair. I try to make myself small, but the man surrounds me with his body and presence alone. One hand lands next to the papers, the other grabs the pen and puts it in my hand. “Sign the goddamn documents, so we can move on.”
“I’m not signing shit.”
“Should I get Moon?” he asks, chuckling when I gasp. Tian looks up and the lawyer scurries out the door. When it opens, I can see Eliot pacing and Moon leaning with his hands crossed over his stomach against the opposite wall, his eyes following my best friend walk back and forth.
It’s eerily quiet when the door slams shut. “I’m not signing,” I whisper.
Tian turns my chair around, boxing me in with his hands on the back of the chair, his face inches away from mine.
“Why not?”
“I don’t belong to anyone, and I never will,” I blurt out, giving him a nasty look.
He holds his head a little to the side, licking his bottom lip. The glare in his eyes is personal. He doesn’t like me standing up to him. It’s probably hard hearing no when you always get what you want.
“I won’t,” I say, my words laced with rebellion, but I know I’m playing a losing game.
He wraps his hand around the back of my neck to yank me forward, so I have to look up at him. He cups my cheek, pushing his thumb in my mouth. “Sign the damn paper, Dashie.” I bite on his finger until I taste blood, and he chuckles not backing off. My pussy clenches when he moans the moment I bite him again. I’d rather die.
Moon didn’t tell me about the fact he was the one who had to sign the papers. I thought her adoptive father needed to do it, as her legal father. I eye the door waiting for my best friend to burst through the door to rescue his precious sister, or should I call her something else now? I grin; there’s only one answer the bastard forgot to mention. What happened the year he was fifteen and went to Tokyo for the first time? Three years later she came to live with him on the compound; the math is not mathing. But I like where this is going. Me and Moon aren’t related by blood but marrying her would mean I get a part of him when I take the number one seat. Is this why he wanted to trade Eliot for her? Well played, brother.
“Tian,” she husks out, and I smile; I love the way she says my name all angry and shit.
“You really think you still have free will?” I ask, trying to hold myself in check, but she’s making it really fucking difficult. It takes everything I have to not bend her over the table and slap her ass for disobeying me. I let go of her mouth and smile when I see the bite marks on my thumb. I push it in my mouth to suck, tasting the blood mixed with her.
She grinds her teeth together, giving me that defiant look Moon gives Eliot a lot, making my cock twitch in my pants. She swallows hard and I have to stifle a moan imaging it’s my cum going down her throat, while I force my cock in her tiny mouth. I run my thumb over her bottom lip, and she narrows her eyes at me. Would she cry or would she fight me when I slip inside? Either would work to get me off. I’m hoping she’ll put up a fight though. I like the chase, and I know the fear in her eyes will push me over the edge.
Leaning in closer, her breath skips. Pressing my thumb onto her bottom lip making her quiver, I need to make sure she knows she doesn’t have a chance when it comes to me.
“Tian, stop,” she pleads, her eyes big and red rimmed with unshed tears.
I shake my head. “No, I stop when I have enough,” I warn, my voice low and rough. My cock is throbbing and ready to blow by the way she’s looking at me. I move my hand down to her throat; it would be so easy to squeeze and see her reaction as I open the box and quickly slip the ring on her finger. Will she beg when I cut off her oxygen or will she fight me? I’m so lost in my imagination I don’t anticipate her attempt to escape. Her hands suddenly fly through the air, making me break out in a sweat. She tries to take off her ring too, but her cheeks heat in the most adorable peach color when she can’t and starts to swear. Fuck, Moon was the one who taught her how to fight when she was a kid, but she’s been training with El too. These are moves Moon’s never taught her. She turns her body and kicks me in the chest. I fly back against the window actually hearing a crack.
“That wasn’t very nice,” I tell her, moving my neck from left to right while she holds her fists up in the air, ready to strike me again. She makes a move and I duck, but not before her knee makes contact with my junk. “Fuck!” I roar, trying to protect my balls from another blow. I’m so distracted that she makes a beeline for the door, trying the handle which Moon probably locked. At least she’s still wearing my ring.
“You fucking had them lock the door from the outside?” she seethes, looking over her shoulder, probably doing the math in her head for how much time she has left before I take her.
