This isn't really happening.
Something warm ran down my thigh, but he was still thrusting into me, leaning down until I could feel his breath in my hair, sending goosebumps down my neck.
This isn't really happening...
With every thrust, my head hit the armrest of the sofa in front of me, and something inside me wanted him to thrust harder so that I would lose consciousness forever.
I wanted to be anywhere but here. I wanted to close my eyes and stop breathing. I wanted to die.

Entry 1
She is beautiful. Always has been. She is different from the other Quatura. And she holds me when I fall, catches me without knowing it.
She was just sitting next to me, smiling, getting upset about the Councils.
That's how she's always been, questioning everything, not letting anyone push her around, butting heads with her older sister.
I remember a moment ten years ago...
“Alaister, look.”
She pulled the old, fragile, heavy book from under her bed and pointed to the door, which I quickly closed with a tingling sensation in my stomach.
Whenever she did forbidden things with me, I got that feeling.
I knew my mother would keep me away from her if she knew that Alice was secretly stealing books from the temple.
“What are you doing, Alice? Is that from Moenia's library?”
She put a finger to her lips and gave me a sly grin. Eventually, she beckoned me over to the bed, which was lit by the faint glow of the fire lamp powered by her storage energy.
She had received access to her element much earlier than other Quatura, which was common among Fire Quatura, but they were rare nonetheless, so it was still something special.
When I caught sight of the seal of the only Ruisangor family in town, I held my breath.
“Alice, this is a book about our enemies.”
“Don't be so loud, smarty pants. Do you really think they're evil?”
“Mother says they want the town.”
“Just like us.”
The memory fades, gradually becoming weaker.
