“Now,” I say, looking around at the trees surrounding us, “is there any chance you can call your invisible friend and get us the hell out of here?”

Epilogue - Toto

One Year Later

"This cake is fucking delicious, Toto."

Granger strolls into the bedroom, his attention fixed on the plate in his hand as he devours another forkful of the chocolate ganache cake I made specifically to distract him while I got everything ready.

"I've got another kind of cake I'd like you to try," I say, doing my best to sound seductive.

I must succeed because Granger's head snaps up and his eyes widen when he sees me sprawled across the bed.

I lean back on my elbows and throw my head back with a dramatic sigh. "Woe is me. All alone in this big, comfortable bed. Completely naked, with absolutely no one to keep me company."

Granger grins, and his eyes heat.

“Well, gorgeous, we can't have that.”

He abandons his plate on the dresser and immediately starts stripping, nearly falling over in his haste to get his pants off.

I stifle a laugh. God, I love this man.

He straightens, his hard cock jutting straight out in front of him, and my empty core contracts.

This morning, I sent all three guys a particularly delicious scene from the book I'm reading, along with a suggestion that we recreate it tonight. It's become something of a tradition between us. I find a scene that catches my imagination, and my three very enthusiastic men make it their mission to bring it to life.

Everybody wins.

Especially me.

I hear Leo's heavy footsteps approaching down the hallway, followed by the unmistakable sound of his deep voice. By the time he appears in the doorway, his expression has turned deliciously stern.

Oh, he's already in character.

Excellent.

He's going to be the guy who likes to put me in my place tonight. I'm hoping my place is in front of him while he fucks my ass.

He doesn't smile, but I can see the glint in his eyes. He's as excited for this as I am.

“Turn over. On your hands and knees,” he orders.

A wave of desire coats my upper thighs as I scramble to obey. I glance over my shoulder and give my ass a little wiggle for good measure.

Granger lets out an appreciative whistle.

Leo tries not to react, but I hear his sharp intake of breath when he sees the jewel on the tip of the plug tucked between my cheeks. Nick’s been upgrading it and edging me all day. I've been wearing this one for hours, and I'm ready for the real thing.

Thankfully, Nick had the foresight to soundproof the bedrooms in our little house. With so many of our neighbours possessing supernatural hearing, it's probably the kindest thing he's ever done for the community.

And considering how much noise the four of us make, possibly the smartest.

We've been living in Screaming Woods for six months now, and I honestly can't remember ever being happier.

When we made it back to Oz after our confrontation with Vera, several weeks had passed since we left, even though we were only gone for a few days. Considering I was terrified we might emerge to find a hundred years had passed, I was relieved that everyone we left behind was still around.

Dottie was happy to learn that Vera was finally gone, although Detective Pullier wasn't nearly as pleased with the way we'd handled things. He spent the better part of an hour lecturing us about the dangers of taking matters into our own hands, particularly when we’d willingly marched into Fable Forest to confront a seven-hundred-year-old witch.
