I know it.
“No,” Storm answers.
“Is there anyone else with motive to hurt Lennon?”
I turn to him, shaking my head and force out through gritted teeth, “No.”
“Okay,” Max says with a nod. “Is there anyone with motive to hurt you?”
I stop.
What?
“Come on, man,” Kodiak says, shaking his head. “You know there is always someone with motive to hurt one of us.”

She stops next to a room and I take a deep breath as I walk past her.
