“Our viewers would have loved to see the Tolong courtship rituals. Can you explain each step to those who are not familiar with it?” Ivy flashed Kendra a smile.
From the grin on Ivy’s face, Kendra could tell she knew exactly what each step of the courtship ritual was and how intimate they were. There was no way she’d talk about the bath they took or the dance Faron did for her. And as for the oiled up, mind blowing sex, no way. There were some things viewers did not need to know about.
“The rituals allowed us to get to know each other. It confirmed our beliefs that we are perfect together,” Kendra said.
“It involved spending several days in seclusion. Is that right?” Ivy asked.
“Distractions from the outside world are not desired when formalizing a bond with a mate,” Faron said. “I provided Kendra with everything she needed during those days.”
“I can imagine you did,” Ivy said. “And from the smile on Kendra’s face, you did everything right.”
Kendra bit her bottom lip. Their sex life had gotten off to a shaky start, but Faron was an enthusiastic learner, and after several goes, he’d gotten the hang of things. She’d never had such a strong, tireless lover. Their sessions ended with her feeling like she was about to black out, in a good way.
“What do you mean to each other?” Ivy asked. “If somebody wishes to use the services of My Single Alien, what can they expect to find?”
Kendra’s cheeks warmed. “Hopefully, they’ll find love. They’ll find someone who accepts them for who they are and brings out the best in them. They’ll find a partner who shows them that love is the most amazing thing in the star system.”
Faron grumbled quietly. “I agree.”
“There you have it, viewers. Proof, if you ever needed it, that My Single Alien works. So, don’t delay. If you’re looking for love in the stars, get online now and make an inquiry. Your heart won’t be disappointed.” Ivy placed her port screen down and waved the camera bot away. “That will do for now.”
“That will do completely,” Kendra said. “We agreed to one interview, and that’s the end of this.”
“Not even one tiny follow up?” Ivy asked. “Maybe in say, nine months.”
“Why nine months?” Faron asked.
“Because, by the way you’re gazing at Kendra, it won’t be long before she’s pregnant with your first child. I know that’s what you Tolongs are all about.”
Faron shifted in his seat. “A child will be wonderful, but only when Kendra is ready.”
Kendra leaned over and kissed his cheek. “I might be ready sooner than you think.” The thought of having a child was both terrifying and breathtaking. Faron would make an incredible father, and he’d lavish their children with love, the love he’d been deprived of when he was young but was more than ready to give.
“We didn’t want to miss the party.” Sinead hurried into the room, carrying a large wrapped box. Vegas and the other staff from My Single Alien were behind her. Nell carried a bottle of champagne, and Avril held a cake.
“What’s all this?” Kendra asked.
“We’re celebrating you moving in together.” Sinead placed the box down in front of them. “We got you a few gifts to help you settle in.”
“You didn’t need to do that,” Kendra said as she accepted a glass of champagne from Nell.
“We had to celebrate your good news.”
“I’d like to make a toast,” Vegas said. “To all the gorgeous aliens in our lives. May they never grow tired of thinking how incredible we are. And may Faron never forget how amazing Kendra is.”
“Of course I won’t,” he said. “Kendra is my world.”
Kendra smiled and leaned over until her mouth was by his ear. “And I will never forget how amazing you are. You’ve changed my life. You’ve made me believe in love again.”
He cupped her face in his hands. “You have made me believe I am worthy of love.” He placed a tender kiss on her lips.
“That’s so sweet,” Vegas said.
Ivy made a gagging sound. “Any chance you can do that again, so I can film it?”
“No!” Kendra and Faron said at the same time.
Kendra blushed when she saw everybody watching them. “Let’s cut the cake.”
