"What did you take?" His eyes narrowed, and he looked around the booth before he picked up my cup.

“Just your yummy milk.” I smiled. “More, please?”

He took off the lid, and I thought he was going to give me my wish. Instead, he brought the cup to his nose and sniffed it. "Fuck. Did you drink this?"

I shook my head when I meant to nod. Then I nodded too quickly in an attempt to correct my mistake and nearly lost my balance. What was wrong with me?

“Yup. Every last drop.” I leaned into his chest and nuzzled his warm skin because his shirt was still open. "Maybe you made me drunk… milk drunk.” His shirt smelled sweet and warm as I pressed in closer. "Mmm, you got more in there, don’cha? Can I have some, pretty please with cherries on top?"

He held me against him as he said something to other people. Maybe Mark. Maybe Branson. I didn’t care who else was here. I just wanted to stay in my warm spot where the milk lived…inside Jason.

A moment later, strong arms closed around me and the ground disappeared from under my feet. “Whoa, there. I can’t leave yet.”

“I’m just taking you to the couch, Casey. You need some water.”

My lower lip pushed out, and I forced my eyelids open enough to focus on his face, which was just about an inch away from mine. “But I don’t want water.”

Tears were actually welling up in my eyes at the thought of being denied milk when it was so close. So, so fucking close. “I want milk!”

Jason gently placed me on the sofa and then sat down beside me. He cupped the side of my face then leaned forward to look into my eyes. “You sure? It might make your tummy upset if you’re not feeling well.”

I was getting hard just from the way his hand felt against my skin, and I nearly pressed my palm to my dick before I caught myself. "Wait! I'm 'posed to work tonight."

"Not anymore, sweetheart." He brushed my hair back from my face and nodded toward the DJ booth. "Branson's got it covered."

"Oh." Getting back to my turntable seemed important a second ago, but not anymore. Now I had a new priority. "So I can have milk from you? Not in a cup?"

He chuckled and shifted my position so I was lying over his lap. "Yes, little one. It should help you sober up."

“But I didn’t drink anything. Just milk.” Did I? I didn’t think I had anything else, but I couldn’t remember everything about tonight… or much of anything, come to think about it.

“The bar was serving milk punch tonight. With bourbon. I think yours got mixed up…either on purpose or on accident.”

My brows furrowed, and I was gonna be outraged until he guided me to his chest and I latched on. I’d never had milk directly from a person before, and it took a few seconds to get the latch and pull correctly. But once I did, it was even better than I imagined.

The first pull of warm milk that coated my tongue did something to settle all the spinning in my head. The vibrations and noise and chaos disappeared, and all that was left was a contentment that was almost better than an orgasm.

After that, I didn’t pay attention to anything but the lulling rhythm of sucking and swallowing. And yes, it was as erotic as it sounds. I hadn’t been expecting that.

Every part of me was both relaxed and tight. Ready to sleep but also desperate for release.

When Jason finally lifted me from his lap to stand up, I noticed the house lights were on and the music was off. My head wasn’t quite so foggy, but it hurt like hell. I placed my palms on both temples and squeezed, ready to crawl into my bed for a month.

I’d gotten up too fast and the room spun a little, but not in a fun way. “Oof.”

"Easy." Jason was right beside me with a steady hand on my shoulder. "You're okay, Casey. We’re just about ready to go."

"I'm so sorry." My face went hot as I glanced at my watch. How was it after two in the morning? "I can’t believe I drank while I was working. I—"

"Hey now. Look at me." Jason waited until I looked at him, even though I wasn’t sure I could ever face him again. But after a second of his stare boring into me, I looked up. "It’s not your fault. We think somebody put their drink down next to yours and it was purely an accident. This isn’t on you." He shook his head and looked over my shoulder. “But we’ll have to come up with a better system in the future so this doesn’t happen again.”

He sounded sorta mad at me, but I hoped it was more about the situation than me personally. It was an accident and arguing about fault wouldn’t change anything. I needed to get out of here before I made more of a mess of the night than I already had.

I wasn’t sure what to say. “Okay.”

His attention was back on me and the angry look in his eyes was gone. "Do you feel steady enough to walk?"

"I think so." I wasn't totally sure, but a headache didn’t make my legs stop working, right? “I’ll be fine. Thank you.”
