As if I wouldn’t recognize him. I memorized the faces and names of all those involved.
Kyran lit a cigarette and passed it to me. “How many men until we get them all?”
My chest tightened. “Too many.”
I passed the cigarette to Aiden and he took it, inhaling deeply. None of us smoked, but today was an exception.
Aiden handed the cigarette back. “And then what?”
I rubbed a palm over my jaw.
“Then Sienna is avenged.” And hopefully her nightmares would vanish.
Kyran rolled his shoulders, then cracked his knuckles one by one. The sharp pops echoed through the cell.
“As much as I love chatting, let’s get to work and make this asshole pay.”
The corner of my mouth lifted, but there was nothing close to a smile in it.
“You just want to get back to your strippers.”
“Damn straight.” His grin flashed, all teeth and trouble. He jerked his chin toward the man tied to the chair. “After you, brother.”
A dry breath escaped my nose as my gaze settled on the chained man.
“What do you say, José?” I reached over and yanked the gag out of his mouth. I planned on relishing in his screams. “Are you ready to die?”
His eyes widened. “I didn’t do it.”
“Now, see, lying will only get me pissed off.”
“I didn’t mean to.”
I leaned over him like a dark cloud. “You didn’t mean to what?”
The man shifted in the chair. “I didn’t want to hurt those girls, but if I hadn’t… It was bad.”
My fingers curled into fists.
The urge to put my fist through his face came so violently that my shoulders tensed with it. I rolled my neck once, working the stiffness from it, then asked, “Do you remember hurting Sienna Baldwin?”
Recognition flashed in his eyes. Well, kudos to this motherfucker. At least he remembered her name. So far, none of them had. They hurt so many women that they couldn’t even bother to remember their faces or their names.
“I… Yes, the girl that knew nothing. She screamed a lot. She cried a lot too.”
I stared down at the bastard.
Then I swung.
Soon, he was screaming and crying, and by the time I was done with him, his face was an unrecognizable mess and my hands were drenched in blood.
My breathing was labored and the red mist in my vision was slowly fading away. My brothers were leaning against the wall, smoking a cigarette and watching it all with a cold expression.
“This will be a bitch to clean up,” Kyran drawled.
“But the gift was a hit,” Aiden added.
My phone vibrated in my pocket and I pulled it out.
