His lips dipped down, and he gently kissed her, testing the waters as to whether this was something she needed the same way he did. Her hands moved, gracing along his jaw. It was her who initiated the second kiss, as slow and hesitant as the first.

Nate was on the brink of his control snapping in half. His lips brushed against hers, this time with more pressure, before taking a soft bite of her lower lip, making her moan. Her hands crept under his shirt, sliding up and down his torso. The slow movements were excruciating since all he wanted was to rip their clothes off and finally hear what she sounded like when he thrusted inside her.

Sitting up, he yanked his shirt off. “I can’t be the only topless one at this party.”

“What a travesty that would be,” she said with a raspy voice, then she pulled off her shirt, tossed it in the corner, and laid back topless in front of him.

He kissed her again. This time, all the sweetness disappeared as he claimed her mouth as his. She bucked her hips against his as his lips moved down her neck. Her skin was so soft, he bit down on her collar bone, sucking the mark he left on her.

“Why does this feel so good?” she moaned as he continued nibbling her neck and behind her ear.

“Fuck if I know,” he mumbled back. Part of him realized he was playing with fire again. No matter what happened, he was destined to get burned. But he couldn’t stop himself. “I want you, Sammy. I need to fuck you.”

She arched into him while his hands traveled down her stomach.

Out of breath, she responded. “The rules. We can’t.”

A groan of annoyance popped out of him. He dropped his head against her shoulder. “These rules are the bane of my fucking existence.”

“I don’t…” she gasped as his right hand slipped under her shorts, “I don’t want to fight.”

Okay, she didn’t want to fight. He didn’t either. He’d follow her rules tonight, but he still needed to hear her come. Nowhere in the rules did it say no orgasms. It was like he won the lottery when his hand traveled under her shorts and he realized she didn’t have any panties on. He stilled for a second when his fingers felt the smooth, shaved skin of her vagina. His pushed one finger inside, wishing it was his dick instead.

Samantha squirmed. “You better not stop now.”

“As if I could.”

His finger brushed up and down her wetness before rubbing her clit. She was so responsive as she moved against his hand for more. His thumb pressed against her, now moving in the same motion as her hips.

“Oh my god,” she whispered, as if she didn’t want to get loud in case it stopped the magic between them.

While his thumb never left her, his finger pushed in and out of her. He did a come-hither motion with his finger, breaking her silent streak.

“Yes, I’m close,” she yelled, probably loud enough for his neighbors to hear. Not that he gave a shit. Making Samantha orgasm was his only concern.

He added another finger and kissed her neck again, making her quickly clench around him. Her back arched, her thighs quivered, and she panted as she orgasmed. It was a fucking beautiful sight for him to see.

Nate had no idea how he was going to give this up once their marriage was annulled. Going back to normal wasn’t the best option to him anymore.

THE NEXT MORNING, Samantha woke up, secretly loving the weight of Nate’s arm wrapped around her as they cuddled with her back against his stomach. Last night had been perfect. Sure, she was happy their friendship was tightly intact, but the orgasm he’d given her had been better than when she gave one to herself. If their commitment weren’t fake, she would have classified Nate as her best relationship ever.

In reality, their annulment was rapidly approaching with only five weeks left.

Before, she would have been jumping for joy at the notion. Now, she was a bit sad at the idea her marriage was ending. Which didn’t make sense. This was all pretend, even if her feelings were starting to become very real.

“I can hear the wheels turning,” Nate said groggily, rolling to his back. “What are you thinking?”

“Honest?”

“When do I ever want you to lie?”

Fair point.

“I was thinking about how we only have five weeks left to play house.”

Staying on his back, he responded, “That used to seem like forever. Now, it’s happening in a blink of the eye.”

She couldn’t have said it better.
