I made my way to the warehouse I purchased out here in Vegas a couple of months back. Eventually I wanted to turn it into a business center, right now I had an office space set up and I had lots of boxes from shipments sent there. What I liked most about the shit was it was kind of in the middle of nowhere. My mind somehow bounced back to Kayori. She was starting to have a major effect on me. I used to be so angry and upset about little shit, if the wind didn’t blow right, a nigga would be pissed.

Now she had me consumed with thoughts of her on a day-to-day basis. She made me lose focus on what the fuck I really was supposed to be doing. Her different facial expressions haunted me throughout the day. Every action I made, I would think about how she would react. I was good at pushing good things away, Kayori was a good thing. Comparing her to me she was a pure soul while my shit was tainted.

Pulling up to the warehouse, I was met by Brick and Dion. They said nothing, as they followed me to the entrance while the other three security guards waited at the door. I could smell the fear on them, it angered me. I didn’t hire pussies, I failed Kayori hiring them. Opening up the door with my key we all walked in and kept walking until we reached the back of the warehouse where all my boxes were that contained different guns that was just shipped in from overseas. I turned around to face the men, Brick and Dion pulled their pieces as I stared hard at the security detail I hired for Kayori.

“You muthafuckas standing before me right now ‘cause you compromised my bitch today.” I spoke calmly as I turned around and grabbed the gun from Brick’s hand.

“Boss man, we didn’t know-”

Pew! One down two to go.

“Anybody else want to speak out of turn?”

Watching their Adam’s apple move down their throats from swallowing down hard, I took note of the tall lanky one whose cargo pants became wet. Looking at Brick, I scratched my forehead with the tip of his gun.

“Did this sick insect looking nigga piss on himself?”

Only offering a smile, Brick shook his head.

“Nigga did you piss yourself? Tell me you got some kind of peeing disorder or something! You can’t go out bad like that.”

I chuckled as his voice shook as he spoke.

“Look I just had a baby. I just want to make it back home to my wife and daughter,” he pleaded, I shook my head no.

“What if my bitch ain’t make it back home safe with my unborn child? Do you know an enemy was able to get real close and personal with her today? Didn’t I tell one of you mufuckas to go inside and follow her at all times?”

“I tried sir, she refused me.”

Sounded like Kayori, she told me she ain’t want Brick and Dion to guard her. She felt they looked too scary. She didn’t understand that was the fucking point. Kayori could be a pit bull if you didn’t know how to tame her ass. Brick and Dion didn’t give a damn what Kayori would say. They followed my orders because I was the nigga in charge and writing their checks.

I shot the short one that gave me the pathetic excuse. The tall lanky one that pissed himself looked on in horror as tears fell down his cheeks. He started shaking like a leaf.

“You want to live, huh?” I asked. As he nodded his head yes, he sniffled and wiped the snot that hung from his nose.

“Go on, nigga. Live,” I told him. He nodded his head and turned to walk hastily away from me. Chuckling I lifted my gun and shot him three times in the back than twice in the head.

“You lived enough, nigga. That baby you just had don’t need no pussy ass nigga for a dad. I’ll send my condolences.”

I turned to face Brick and Dion as Dion’s brows raised.

“What, nigga? I let him live a couple seconds longer. He needs to thank me, but I guess he will have to do that shit when I join him one day.”

We all shared a laugh, tossing Brick his gun back I shook my head.

“I need y’all to take a day or two off to gather up a new team, I need more men like you two. Get some felons that can’t get a job because of their background. Put them on payroll then in a week you train them up. I’ll give y’all a bonus check in a two-week vacation after you do that.”

They nodded their heads as I sent a text to get a clean-up crew. I needed the place spotless, and their cars disposed of. When I got back inside my car. I called Stone. I couldn’t wait until he was back one hundred percent healed. I needed him beside me handling shit.

“Yo,” he spoke into the phone as he breathed hard. He was struggling again with catching his breath.

“I need you to call the contractors I want them to build an indoor fish tank that’s huge. I want that shit done in five to seven days if they can get it done in three, tell them I’ll tip them well.”

I smiled as a thought crossed my mind.

“Tell them to build two sides one side with fresh water. It needs to be divided the other side salt water.”

I could hear this nigga laughing.
