Not a virgin anymore.

I made sure of that last night.

My pants start to feel tight. I force myself to breathe as I sit in the car outside of the restaurant.

I should have fucked her there in my study. Should have bent her over the desk, fucked her before I left.

Yeah, but I need to go talk to my brothers clearheaded, not sex drunk.

The car door slams behind me, then I head into the restaurant. My brothers are already there waiting for me.

I smile at them.

Grayson frowns.

Does he know? Can he see it on my face? That I’ve completely lost the plot, that I’m slowly becoming the monster?

“How’s Dani?” Spencer grimaces.

Probably coming for the tenth time this afternoon. And that is after I chased her around my penthouse in the dark and fucked her raw.

“Um, fine, I guess.”

“You’re not talking to her?” Aaron’s suspicious. He’s in insurance; people try to lie to him every day.

He assumes someone’s lying as a default, I remind myself.He doesn’t know.

“Are we eating?” I ask.

“Why are you avoiding the question?” Aaron’s in my face.

“I’m not talking to her any more than I have to.”

We’re not talking; we’re fucking, so it’s the truth. Well, I’m fucking her.

“She’s blackmailing me, remember?”

“Yeah, after you snatched her off the street.” Aaron’s not buying it.

But now the serving staff is bringing the bread and alcohol.

“I need a scotch.”

“Whiskey sour?” Connor offers.

“Don’t think I forgot about my car you wrecked.” I snatch the drink from him.

“She still won’t take the money?” Finn asks in a low voice.

“Obviously not, if we’re all going to a melding of families.” Grayson scowls.

“Does your mom know we’re coming?” Spencer asks me, concerned.

“No, she doesn’t, because you’re not coming to this couples shower.”

“We’re not your family?” Finn looks a little hurt.

Grayson’s mouth is a thin line.
