My fingers ran the length of his hair, gripping onto the silky curls at the base of his neck. He let out a deep groan, and the ripple effect sent fire curling around my spine like a corkscrew. He surrounded me further, pushing me into the wall with hisbody, creating a vacuum between us and the outside world. Because that’s what it was - us and everyone else.

His cock was rock hard, pressing into my groin, and with every slow, rhythmic movement of his tongue, my hunger increased to combustible levels, gasoline replacing the blood in my veins, ready to go up in flames at the drop of a match. The friction was shooting sparks to my clit and sending deep pulses through my pussy, but it wasn’t enough. It wouldn’t be enough unless I could push him down and straddle him, ride him for hours until our bodies were spent and sweaty.

One hand still firmly on the back of my head, the other moved down until it rested on the top of my ass, his fingers kneading into my flesh, before his whole hand scooped a cheek squeezing it hard as he groaned deeper. He gently fisted my hair, pulling my head back, taking my lower lip with him as he moved, making me moan in protest as he let go.

His eyes were still blazing and trained on my mouth. “Fuck. That was better than I could have ever imagined.”

I didn’t disagree. I was having a hard time staying upright; my legs had practically given way. He brushed my hair away from my face as I tried to catch my breath.

“Luck, we need to get out of here. I want to talk to you in private. Where are your friends? Do you need to stay? Because I’ll wait. But otherwise, please can we leave? Can you come with me? Please?”

I could barely form a coherent thought, let alone remember who I’d arrived here with. But I couldn’t have refused him anything, even if his nervousness and pleading wasn’t pulling at my heartstrings. I walked to the balcony which overlooked the dance floor. I had no idea how long I’d been up here, but time seemed to stand still when I was with him. I searched around until I saw what I was looking for - Jake and Finn were back with the rest of the group, still jumping away.

They wouldn’t miss me.

I took my phone and shot them a group text to let them know I was tired and heading home, and then a separate one to Ashley.

I looked up at him, his expression serious and guarded, watching for my decision.

“Okay, we can go.”

He moved his hands around the back of my head, pressing his lips to mine once more, mumbling against them, “Thank you.”

He took his phone out and dialed a number. “We’re coming out in two minutes.”

I didn’t have time to think about it as he wrapped my hand in his and led me off, but instead of going toward the front where I’d walked in, he guided me down a set of back stairs, pushing open a fire door at the bottom.

A black SUV was waiting as we stepped outside into an alley. He opened the back door for me and I jumped in before he closed it behind me and ran around to get in the other side.

“Okay, Luck, what’s your address?”

“Greene Street, by NYU.”

He leant forward to the driver. “Ralphie, you got that?”

“Yes, sir.” He nodded and drove to the end of the alley, pulling out into the road.

Drew turned his massive body toward mine, holding my hand, his eyes tracing every inch of my face, memorizing it. He lifted my hand and kissed my palm, holding it against his cheek.

“Lucky Charm, you know I told you that for the past year I’d thought about what I’d do if I ever saw you again?”

I bit my bottom lip, nervously. “Yes.”

He pulled it free with his thumb, running the pad along it. “I meant what I said earlier. I want to do it properly. I want to take you on a date.”

I looked at him, his face earnest, waiting for my reaction. The confidence that exuded from his every pore became more of an undertone, and I wondered if this was as nerve wracking for him as it was for me.

“Okay. What does that mean?”

He rubbed my arm where he’d written his number. “It means I’m going to drop you at your place and then go home.”

I blinked, more than once, shifting back a little. I absolutely was not expecting him to say that. I was so desperate to feel him inside me again, experience the level of euphoria only he’d been able to provide right up to this second in my life. Disappointment collided with the nerves in my belly, swirling around in a vortex, making me feel much more sober than I had any right to, considering how much I’d been drinking.

I’d always been shit at hiding my emotions and this time was no different, because he cupped my cheek, leaning in and brushing my lips with utmost tenderness before letting out a deep sigh.

“Luck, please give me a chance to take you on aproper date. Will you do that?”

His hazel eyes searched mine, imploring me.
