“I see what you mean,” Nika murmured.

“Welcome to the family,” Cuán said brightly.

I opened my eyes.

He was standing in the doorway beaming like a creepy clown.

A low rumble began vibrating in the room before it turned into a full-blown growl.

Bad Girl.

Cuán’s grin dimmed.

I smiled.

“She doesn’t like your stink in our bedroom,” I said proudly.

His hand clutched at his chest as though he’d taken a physical blow.

“I showered after work before I came over,” he said—and backed out into the hallway.

“Your stench must run deep,” I said, watching Nika lift one of my t-shirts and bury her face in it.

She was so damn sexy.

I shut the bedroom door on whatever lecture about etiquette was coming and turned to face my mate.

“Would you prefer the real thing?” I asked.

Her face was still buried in the t-shirt. One more inhale—then she nodded.

I was already moving boxes off the bed and pulling my t-shirt over my head. Nika walked around the bed and came to me. She buried her face in my chest and inhaled, her lips pressing just below her bite mark.

Her hands moved to my waistband. Thumbs hooked in—and as she peeled my sweatpants down she went down with them until she was on her knees.

She pressed her face against me and inhaled.

When those mischievous silver eyes flicked up I knew I was forever finished.

When she held my thighs and traced her tongue from tip to knot I was grateful for it.

I fisted her hair and tilted her head—feeding her what she’d come looking for. She blinked. Her lips parted.

Wet. Hot. Mine.

A sight that belonged entirely to me.

She took me in and used her tongue to coat me thoroughly. My grip loosened as she began to work—bobbing, using those hands to massage my knot exactly the way we loved it.

I let her play. Suck. Tease.

All while I made a mental note that my brother’s presence may always have this effect. He’d be fuming if he knew. I’d save that for a rainy day.

Right now I needed the taste of her on my lips and tongue.

I pulled back until her lips smacked together.

When she glanced up, I smiled.
