“Revea.” The soft rumble of my name causes goosebumps to erupteverywhere. “Let me start by saying it was the hottest thing I have ever witnessed in my life.”
Okay, the knot in my gut has fully unloosened, replaced by shimmering heat.
“The sounds you made, the way you ordered my pack, how you took them both—” He cuts himself off with a hiss I feel all to my toes. “I came twice watching you.”
My eyes go wide, mouth dropping open. “You… you did?”
“And Sylvan.”
Oh fuck, that is… that’s so hot I’m squirming in my seat, imagining them both with their eyes locked on me as they touch themselves.
“And I’m so fucking jealous my pack’s scented you,” he suddenly says, the gravel in his voice scraping down my spine. “But I’ll be the first to knot you, omega. Do you understand?”
I’m nodding like he’s in the car, his authoritative tone snapping through me. “Yes, alpha.”
“Fucking hell…” he whispers.
And now I’m imagining him adjusting himself, maybe slipping his hand back over his hardening cock as he repeats the footage in his mind.
“Kaiden,” I murmur, unable to keep the heat from my own voice. “Sylvan took something of mine. Something with my scent…”
There’s a pause, then the sound of fabric shifting, footsteps, a door opening.
“Sylvan, what did you take from Revea?”
Silence.
“Give it to me,” Kaiden snaps.
“They’remine.”
Kaiden growls; another erupts in the background.
Thank fuck I’m pulling into my parking space because I’m not sure I can concentrate on driving any more.
“Revea, I’ll call you back.”
The call drops.
I gasp, slumping back in my seat, slightly disappointed I don’t get to hear what happens next.
But he did say he’ll call me back…
I make quick work of climbing the stairs to my flat. The lift has been out of order since I started renting here a few months ago. It’s a shitty building with some shitty tenants, but I live on the highest floor and soon realised no one else can be bothered trekking up six flights of stairs. Which means the floor is mine.
I can’t wait to move back into my house, but for now, it’s fine. I’m rarely here anyway.
I’ve just got into some joggers and a hoodie when my phone rings. I don’t even bother acting like I wasn’t waiting, answering it immediately.
“When’s your heat, omega?”
Wow. Straight in withthat.
“Two months, alpha.”
“Two…” he curses. “I can’t wait two months.”
Kaiden’s voice is sinful. Raspy, out of breath, like he’s just run a mile or performed some other… activity.
