Chase shrugged his shoulders innocently.

“Derek didn’t give us any guidelines.”

We all mumbled agreements, and Ethan shook on it, but he didn’t look happy. They quickly revealed their cards and Ethan leapt up excitedly.

“Ha! Alright all bets are off. Anything goes,” he said and the game suddenly got interesting. Cleo left to grab a notebook to keep track of all of the wagers. By the end of the night Derek was getting Adrian’s name tattooed on his ass, Mark was singing ‘Sugar Daddy’ on the album, and Ethan had shove Derek’s sock in his mouth. Ethan was getting royally boned with this game.

I swear when Derek took off his shoe, we all let out a tear for him. Ethan gulped and shut his eyes. He shoved it in his mouth and started gagging right away. Derek counted a full sixty seconds and when he was allowed to spit it out Ethan reached out and punched him hard on the shoulder.

We finally called the last game of the night and it was down to Derek and I. It was a rather delicious moment, because I had great cards.

“What do you want?” He asked, raising an eyebrow to me. He was grinning ear to ear.

“You have to paint the nursery,” I decided. It was the least he could do since he was living with me. He scrunched up his nose but shrugged.

“Okay. I can do that. I’ll even do a good job, how’s that?” He said sarcastically. I was starting to feel uneasy. My smile faded quickly. Why was he giving in so easily?

“What do you want from me?” I asked nervously. His smile grew wider, and his eyes blazed with excitement.

“I want to see those pictures of you Adrian was talking about.”

Everyone stopped talking. I glanced at Mark, who’s face was completely blank. I think it was shock, but also a little guilt for letting it slip. I gulped, but finally agreed.

We laid down our cards and the whole moment felt like it was going in slow motion. We looked at each other's hands, then back up at each other. My mouth fell open as he leapt up from the table and let out a loud cheer. Oh. My. God.
