Feeling brave, I swiped mytongue over Ashley’s lower lip, dipping the tip inside, chasing the champagnetaste. He melted against me, crushing his hand between us, letting me take hisweight.

A tingle of arousal rushedthrough me as he sighed again. He wasenjoyingthis. I was making himhappy, despite inexperience with men.

Maybe they weren’t all thatdifferent? It wasn’t as though Ashley had anything I’d never seen before.

Aside from the riding crop,anyway.

My hand curled around hisside, the kiss deepening as the rest of the world faded back, unimportant.

All I could think about wasAshley.

The sound of someoneclearing their throat made my stomach drop. I turned to see Fox—ofcourse—standing a few feet away.

“Sorry to interrupt,” hesaid, the look in his eyes not sorry at all. “But your lovely young gentlemanis between me and Quinn’s jacket.”

I glanced to the side andsaw the end of a black jacket sleeve. “And he sent you to get it?” I asked.

“Don’t be mean,” Ashleysaid, moving out of the way for Fox. “It’s sweet that he went to get it. Quinnlooked exhausted when they were leaving.”

“He is, poor thing,” Foxagreed.

“Just sayin’,” I mumbled. “Yourtiny boyfriend owns you.”

Fox snorted. “He does. Wouldn’thave it any other way.”

Ashley made a softawwsound, his fingers curling around mine as Fox grabbed the jacket with just ahintof possessiveness.

I didn’t hate that.

As much as it must havemeant something to Ashley that I was happy to be seen with him, it meantsomething tomethat he was here. That despite everything he knew aboutme, he wasstillhere.

“I’ll bid you two goodnight, then,” Fox said, slinging the jacket over his shoulder. “Don’t doanything I wouldn’t do,” he called back as he turned away, heading back towardthe parking lot.

“Is there anything youwouldn’t do?” I asked out of habit. Ashley chuckled.

“Would he come home with me?”he asked.

“Oh yeah,” I grinned. “Foxis easy.”

“Glad to hear it.” Ashley squeezedmy hand tighter, nuzzling my ear. “Come home with me,” he whispered.

A shiver rolled down myspine, the hairs on the back of my neck standing up like I wasn’talwaysgoing to go homewith him. Like it wasn’t my job.

Because I thought maybe itwasn’t,anymore. I was doing this because I wanted to.

And maybe that was okay.

“Yeah. Yeah, I will.”

ASHLEY

I laughed as Logan pushed meup against the bedroom door, gasping when he tugged my shirt tails free toslide his hand up under it. The heat of his lips against my neck seared down tomy core, warm arousal welling up in the pit of my stomach.

He was so hot and he wasallmine. I’dwanted this since I met him and I was finally getting it.

Another gasp escaped me asLogan’sfingers slipped beneath the waistband of my pants, fingering the edge of theblack lace panties I’d picked out this morning.
