"Honestly, better than the other two." Adina smiled. "We tested him with three different scenes and two of them weren't part of the script, and he did exceptionally well. I think he could be a big star if he continues on as an actor."

Azazel studied the photo and felt familiarity towards Kristoph D.K.

“Who is his manager?” Azazel asked.

“Jacqui’s Steele,” Adina responded.

Azazel had heard the name before and knew the guy was an actor but had no idea that he was also a manager. "All right, if you think he can do it, hire him." He turned to Robert and the writers. "Make sure his scenes don't interrupt his normal schedule. Also find a tutor for him. I don't want him to have to drop out in the middle of shooting because his grades are suffering."

"Will do, boss," one of the writers said.

Adina smiled. "And I'll get in touch with his guardian."

"That's the second time you've said that," Azazel said. "Doesn't he have any parents? Is he an orphan?"

"According to Kristoph, his uncle came with him to the audition, who was stepping in for his dad who had to work," Adina explained.

"Oh," Azazel said, setting the photo down. "All right, I don't have anything else that I want to discuss. How about you guys?"

Everyone shook their heads. "Good, then I suggest we all have a dinner party next week, a couple of days before we start shooting. We'll invite the cast as well. Any objections?"

When no one spoke, Azazel was about to call the meeting to a close when Blue spoke up. "What about Kristoph, isn't he too young for a grown-up party?"

Azazel had to admit Blue was right. "We'll invite his parents or uncle and let them decide if they want him to attend or not. If not, we'll have something to welcome him to the cast on the day we start shooting." Everyone nodded in agreement. "Good, let's call the meeting to a close."

Before Azazel could say anything else, Blue Lennox stood and left the room in a hurry.

What the hell was that about?

Azazel didn't want to question why Blue Lennox fascinated him, especially when the only man he'd been interested in before now was Uriel. Azazel shook his head, dispelling the thought. There was nothing wrong with being attracted to someone, because that was all it was, an attraction. Azazel didn't plan on sleeping with Blue, it was just fun to be able to banter back and forth with someone other than Loki. And the flirting didn't hurt as well

"Dad!"Kristoph yelled and jumped in his arms the second he walked through the door. "I got the part."

"Really!" Uriel pretended he didn't already know that Kristoph had gotten the part.

Uriel still hadn't told Kristoph he was doubling as Blue Lennox. Usually he would tell his son the name of his new client, but this time he wanted to keep things to himself for a little bit longer. Although he supported Kristoph becoming an actor, he had a feeling his son was up to something. Orion's words kept coming back to him, that he shouldn't be surprised if Kristoph did something he wasn't expecting.

"I'm proud of you, kid." Uriel leaned down and kissed Kristoph on his forehead.

Uriel had sat at the conference table listening with pride as the casting director gushed over his son, however his eyes didn't stray away from Azazel, who had taken a long time looking over Kristoph's photo before he spoke. Uriel had wondered what the man thought when he saw Kristoph, but it seemed he didn't connect the dots that they were related.

"How about we go out to celebrate your good news tonight," Uriel said. "We can go wherever you want."

"Yeah, then let's go to that pizza restaurant in Chicago and have a deep dish."

"You got it." Uriel ruffled his hair. "Go ask your uncle if he wants to come?"

"Uncle Orion isn't here," Kristoph said.

"Where is he?"

"I don't know, he got a call from Uncle Synder then left."

"All right, then it's just you and me, kid." Uriel smiled.

"Sounds good, let me go get my jacket and we can go."
