“I don’t hear you complaining,” I tease, leaning in and pressing a kiss to the side of his neck.

He tugs me closer, squeezing my ass. “No complaints from me, babygirl. Put me in handcuffs and lead the way ‘cause I’d follow you anywhere.”

“Mmm, the thought of you in handcuffs under my control is one I could get used to…” I say dreamily, enjoying the thought of all the things I could do with him at my mercy.

“I don’t remember reading this fantasy in your little pink notebook or have I missed something?”

I giggle. “It’s something I’ve never thought of before, but it’s a thought I could get used to.”

“Not happening.Youhave control over my heart, butIhave control in the bedroom.”

“Not even for my birthday?” I pout.

“Don’t go guilt tripping me, babygirl, ‘cause it won’t work.”

“You sure about that?” I cock an eyebrow, fighting back a smile, knowing he can’t say no to me.

He pulls me in so there’s not a millimetre of space between our bodies. “What did I ever do to deserve you?”

“You fixed me up, now take me home and strip me down.”

“As you wish.”

Epilogue

Logan

Three Years Later

“You think she’ll like it?” I ask, as Ty and Vinnie peer inside the little black velvet box I’m holding.

Ty smiles before patting me on the back. “She’s going to love it. It’s beautiful.”

“Quinn and Tori helped me pick it out,” I tell him.

Quinn and Dwight got married last year not long after he proposed, they didn’t see the point in waiting. It was a beautiful day and I was honoured to have been best man, and as I looked across the alter at Amy in her gold satin bridesmaid dress, I knew in that moment that I was gonna make that girl my wife.

“Tor never mentioned it,” Ty says.

“I asked her not to, sorry man.”

Three years ago when Ty told me about the girl he once loved and let go, I hoped and prayed that they’d find their way back to each other, but I never in a million years would have expected that girl to be Victoria, Dwight’s sister. To say that it’s a small world is an understatement. The two reconnected just over a year ago, and to see one of my best friends happy after years of being apart from the girl he loves, means the absolute fucking world to me.

“Sad times dude, you realise there'll be girls out there crying because Logan Cooper is soon to be officially off the market?” Vin says, shaking his head softly.

“Man, I was off the market the second I kissed her, Amy’s it for me.”

“You didn’t take out a loan to afford the ring, right? I mean, we all remember how well that worked out for you last time.” Vin’s voice is laced with amusement and Ty subsequently shoves him in the shoulder. “What the fuck, dude?” Vin asks.

“How was your date last night, it was actually a girl this time, right? Because weallremember what happened the last time you tried to pick up a girl at a bar,” Ty teases with the same tone Vin did and Vin staggers back like he just got punched in the chest.

“I thought we were over that! It was years ago, fuck. You’re never gonna let me forget it are you?”

“Nope,” Ty and I reply in unison before breaking out into a fit of laughter, Ty clinging to my shoulder to stop himself from falling to the ground as tears stream from his eyes.

“What are you boys up to?” Amy hollers as she heads towards us with a smile and a spring in her step.

Fuck, even now as I look at her, she never fails to take my breath away. I still have to pinch myself every now and then to convince myself that she really is all mine, and hopefully soon, my wife.
