"Are you two done down here?"Kian called out."We need to move.I have movement outside."

Bahran glanced at him and came inside. The vessel was small, seating for six with benches on either side, and a walkway down the center. The slower systems took time to wake before they could fly.

Caoimhe was right behind him and took a seat on the bench.“I could take a nap,” she said.

“Well, you’re welcome to.It may be a bit,” Freya said.

He headed toward the pilot's seat, where Kian sat, and Freya was in the copilot's seat."These sensors work?"

"Not until Freya updated them," Kian said as he threw some switches.

"It's a tracking algorithm," Freya explained."It tracks elements that the Terrans use that you wouldn't have on your moons.Helped me locate Caoimhe, and I can see where the nearby military are."

"How did you know to do this?"

Kian sat up straighter."Freya is a master programmer."

"Freya breaks into the Terran Empire's systems all the time," Caoimhe said from behind him.

Bahran glanced at her."Well, very impressive talent."

"Thank you--" she let out a scream.

There, next to Caoimhe was a Terran Military troop. One of the officers that Bahran thought he'd taken out before.

Caoimhe glanced at him."I thought you were dead."

"It takes more than a stray shot from a blaster to kill me.You should check your kills better."He shoved a knife into Caoimhe's side.

Bahran's body vibrated in rage.

"Your odds are not good," Caoimhe said."You're surrounded by Rhimodians."

He snorted."Dumb Rhimodians. And it looks like dumb, traitorous Terran Royalty. You should have known that drone was here for me.It caught my lifesigns and was looking for what happened to me."

"I don't see any backup," Caoimhe said.

"They'll be along."

"You will leave now," Bahran said.

"What are you going to do about it?"

Bahran took a step forward.

The Terran shoved the knife deeper into Caoimhe. She winced.

"And your mission is what," Caoimhe asked.

"Kill you.Rather, make sure the ambassadorial party doesn't make it to the negotiations."

"So, you did blow up our ship," Freya said.

"We didn't do that," the Terran said."It seems, not even the Rhimodians really want peace."

"Of course, we do," Kian said.

"Then blow up their ship?Why?"
