I was leaving her in control of how far this was going to go. She was the one who mentioned slow, and I was going to follow her lead.
I watched her with rapt attention. Head thrown back and eyes closed, Molly rode me despite the clothes between us. I watched her face and made note of every detail. I soaked up each expression and stored it for future reference. I wanted to be able to duplicate it when the time came.
"I'm close." The words were nothing more than a breathy exhale as her movements became faster. I kept still even though my body wanted to jackknife up and take control. That wasn't what this was, and I had to talk my dick off the ledge.
Finally she came with my name on her lips, and her body quaking above me. When she fell forward onto my chest, because her arms gave out, I wrapped mine around her back and drew small circles.
"Thank you." Her hot breath fanned my neck.
"What are you thanking me for?"
"Letting me have control. I needed that."
I didn't tell her I would give her everything she ever wanted. It was too soon, and I was scared that might cause her to run off.
I knew I made the right decision when her body stiffened. "I should go clean up and get ready for bed. It's been a long day."
Molly didn't look at me as she took off down the hall. I hated to admit I was too scared to follow her. Rushing her wasn't an option. I needed her to come to me when she was ready.
With a sigh, I got up and changed myself. I preferred to sleep in boxers, but I added a pair of shorts since I was sleeping on her couch again. I just got comfortable when I heard soft footsteps creeping down the hall.
"Parker?"
I rotated onto my side and glanced over at her. "Yeah?"
"You shouldn't have to sleep out here again. Why don't you come to my bed? It's big enough for the both of us."
"Are you sure?"
She bit her lip but nodded. "As long as you promise to stay on your side."
Molly was offering an olive branch, and damn if I wasn't going to take it. "I promise." I would take anything she was willing to give me because I might not have realized it sooner, but I was falling for my wife.
CHAPTER TWENTY
MOLLY
I woke up the next morning with a heavy arm draped over my waist, and a hard length tucked against my ass. It only took me a few seconds to realize Parker wasn't asleep behind me as his fingers drew circles on my stomach.
"You were supposed to stay on your side of the bed," I said aloud with my eyes closed.
Parker's chuckle fanned the back of my neck. "Considering you're onmyside of the bed, I think it's safe to say you didn't stay put."
His words had me snapping my eyes open.Shit!He was right. We were on his side of the large king bed. "I knew I should've made that damn pillow fort," I grumbled under my breath.
Parker's laugh rumbled against my back. I made half an attempt to pull away from him, but his arm banned me in. It was pathetic how quickly I gave up and snuggled in closer.
"I don't think the pillow fort would've done shit. I tried pushing you away to save face, but you weren't having it. Sleepy Molly likes to cuddle."
I flipped over so we were facing each other. Parker's arm never lifted. It just moved a little more south until his palm covered my ass cheek. "So this is my fault?"
"Youinvited me into your bed." A huge smirk overtook his face. "And it wasyouwho gravitated toward me in the middle of the night after swearing up and down you liked to hover over the edge like a damn spider monkey."
I had said that despite knowing damn well I liked to sleep more in the middle. I huffed at his suggestive tone. "I'll have you know I've never cuddled with men before this, so how was I supposed to know I'm a cuddler."
I barely had time to digest the look that crossed his face before he was flipping me over and pressing his dick into my center. I gasped at the feel of it so close to my heated core. The only thing between us was my pathetic excuse for sleep shorts and his boxers. I had felt a little of him last night when he kissed me, but it was nothing compared to how he felt now.
"Don't ever mention another man when I have you in bed with me."
