“You have really thought this out.” David smiles at me. “Do you want this, Monty?” I nod; my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. She listened. Likereallylistened to me. I know she isn’t doing this just for me, but they are putting quite a bit of faith in my abilities on the pitch and off.

“We’ll need to review it more carefully and discuss further. It sounds promising though. I will schedule a meeting with Yona and Chaske at the casino. Give us a bit of time to mull it over.”

“Thank you for hearing us out.” Moshe’s expression softens as he nods at Sophia.

Yak’s hand on my chin, he turns my head to brush his lips across mine. “She’s something else, isn’t she?”

“She is.” I reply hoarsely. “And she’s ours.”

“Forever.” I nod back and press my lips to his once more.

I wink at Sophia across the table, enjoying the blush that suffuses her neck and cheeks.

Moshe interrupts our moment. “Seething Squirrels?”

“Yes.” The girls respond as one.

“Couldn’t come up with anything else more in line with our brand?”

Dottie snorts. “Like what? The Charlotte Circumcisions…we’ll take more than just your tip.” The room erupts. I rest my head on the table as I shake with laughter.

“Why aren’t we using that name?” Zilv smacks his hand off the table. “Cockables can be a sponsor!”

Sophia 13.

Arm in arm with Dottie, we walk the expansive grounds of the estate. Ezra’s mom and aunts scheduled a tour of a potential wedding venue for Dottie, Vandy, and Bailey this afternoon. It’s not potential anything. This is it. This is where my sister will celebrate marrying the love of her life and I could not be any more giddily happy than I am right now for her.

Dottie’s had it rough. Yes, we are quadruplets, and grew up in the same house, but Dottie’s body has betrayed her almost as much as our father. She deserves rainbows and sunshine and orgasms galore, and Ezra Kraus is the man who will work every day to ensure she gets them.

The gorgeous mansion is built on a 20-acre plot of lush green land with a large pond, and breathtaking gardens on the eastern side of Charlotte. It feels like being in the country despite the short drive back to the city. The mansion has an old-world feel, and the scenery is the perfect backdrop for their happily ever after.

I’m not asking any questions, and neither is anybody else, but according to Esther the highly sought-after and exclusive venue had a cancellation 3 months from now. As soon as we pulled up, it was easy to see how taken the three brides were with the location.

While Judi, Gertie, Sarah, and Esther negotiate the details with Dalisay acting as the intimidating muscle, Vandy and Bailey are taking their own walk while Blanche, Rose and I talk with Dottie.

“We can pull this off, right? Three months isn’t a long time to coordinate vendors last minute. And it’s not like we don’t have work, and the rugby expansion—”

“Dot. Do you want to marry Ezra?” Blanche cuts to the quick as usual.

“Yes.”

“Do you want to eat, drink, and be merry with him and your family and friends about 30 yards to our left?” Dottie’s expression becomes wistful as she stares at the designated outdoor reception area.

“More than anything.”

“Then we will make it work. Do not ever doubt your sisters, we are the Goldman Girls, nothing is impossible.”

Rose snickers, “Especially with Dalisay, Esther, Tovah, and Gertie on our side.”

Dottie inhales deeply, closing her eyes as she tilts her head up toward the sun. A small, satisfied smile tips her lips. “I’m marrying my best friend.”

“You are.” Blanche assures her in a determined voice that makes me laugh. “In three months.”

“I’m gonna be Mrs. Ezra Kraus in ninety days.”

“Fuck that. Ezra is going to be Mr. Dorothy Zbornak Goldman Kraus.”

Dottie stops and turns to the three of us, worrying her bottom lip. “I love the life we built for ourselves. Carving our dreamsout of the nightmares of our youth. And obviously, I am always going to be a part of Goldman Girls Realty…”
