"Not me. I'm going with Slash from Guns N' Roses," Richie said.
Bear pointed at Richie. "My man, see, we're on the same page. I'm trying to make sure my soul stays out of the devil's hands."
Big Dick rolled his eyes. "Too late. We're Lords of Chaos, hellbound the moment we take the pledge and put on our cuts."
"Fuck yeah, brother," Dragon said, and slapped Big Dick's hand as the two laughed.
"Who did you pick?" Richie asked him.
"I picked Eddie Van Halen. If he was good enough for Michael Jackson, he's good enough for me," Big Dick said.
"Same with Slash," Richie said.
"My second choice was Lenny Kravitz," Ace said to a lot of nodding heads.
"Oh yeah, mine too," Bear agreed. "He also did a song with MJ."
"So, the safe bet is any of the three who played for MJ," Richie said with a chuckle. "I mean, 'cause have you heard 'November Rain'?"
"See, I'm going to stop you because that's how we got into the argument in the first place," Big Dick said with a chuckle.
"I'm still sticking with Jimi," Dragon said, then clapped his hands together. "Okay, that was fun, but I'm ready to get down to the real entertainment."
"Yeah, I bet." Ace smirked at his younger brother.
They were led to the room where Officer Lawrence was dangling from the ceiling by chains binding his wrists. He was naked but untouched otherwise. His mouth was bound with tape, but his eyes were wide with fear as he gazed upon the four men.
"As you can see, we left him all nice and pretty for you," Big Dick said.
"He talked a lot of shit, which made me want to punch his teeth down his throat, but I didn't. So, I hope you appreciate the level of patience it took for me to remain civil," Bear said.
Dragon laughed and slapped Bear's massive bicep. "Don't worry, brother, I've got a six-pack of your favorite cold one coming to you."
"That's what I'm talking about," Bear said with a wide grin.
"Listen, I've got to head back to the clubhouse, and you two take care of your business here because tomorrow, you have to get to Enzo's," Ace said.
Dragon nodded. "Not a problem."
Ace gave his brother a nod, then left. The men could hear his bike revving before he pulled off.
"We'll leave you two alone with him. When you're done, just leave what's left to us," Big Dick said.
Dragon chuckled. "Pres have you two on cleanup?"
Big Dick nodded. "When you're the best at what you do," he bragged.
"Thanks, brother," Dragon hugged Big Dick before turning to Richie. "You ready?"
Richie nodded, and the other two brothers left them alone, closing the door behind themselves.
"This place is kind of cool. I'd heard about The Kingdom, but I didn't really imagine it looked like a regular home, just with secret rooms," Richie said as he looked around the room they were in. The room was a bit rank in scent from Officer Lawrence's unwashed body and his bodily fluids and waste. But he could also smell bleach from previous cleanings. There were three chairs in the room and a television, but nothing else. One of the chairs was bolted to the floor in the middle of the room. The other two chairs faced the television, which Richie assumed were where Big Dick and Bear spent their time when they had to.
Richie then looked at the man who had tormented him for weeks in prison. Dragon stood behind him, offering support if he needed it. He looked at Officer Lawrence from head to toe and loathed every inch of the man. He wanted to see the pale flesh bleed red as it was split with his blade. He wanted to hear the man's screams of agony from every wound he'd inflicted. He wanted to be the one to do it, but now that he was in the presence of the man, he knew he couldn't do it at all. He'd never once tortured a man, let alone killed one. He would kill Officer Lawrence. He told Dragon he wanted to be the one. But he didn't know if he had the stomach or the skill to make the man suffer the way he wanted him to suffer.
It was good for him then that Dragon did.
Richie walked over to one of the chairs and dragged it to where Officer Lawrence dangled, then took a seat so that he could have the perfect view.
