I shifted my feet to distribute my weight and slammed my elbow back into her gut, snapping my fist up into her face. There was a crunch and a spray of blood as her suddenly expelled breath blew her dark blood onto the back of my hand.

I jumped into the offensive, moving behind her, wrapping my arm around her neck, and locking in the hold. "Dying is an ugly thing, Ravana," I spat her name. "I don't want to kill you. I'd much rather obliterate you."

She had been struggling until I said that, freezing in the hold. I squeezed tighter. And a few moments later, the guys had found us.

Kai padded forward with relief when he saw me, but his expression twisted into disgust as he took in Ravana.

She started struggling again, but I squeezed my arms, keeping her locked in the hold. "Stop fucking moving."

My body had already healed from the fight, but she was irritating the fuck out of me.

"Are you all right, my beloved?" Aziel asked, butt-ass naked.

I turned Ravana to the side and growled. "Someone give him something to fucking wear. I don't want her seeing any of you naked."

Blaise sighed, stripping out of his jeans to throw at Aziel, leaving him in his boxers.

That's not any better. He's always fucking hot.

"What're you waiting for?" My muscles were straining with her twisting and turning. "Obliterate this bitch."

"Let her go," Thaddeus said. "There's five of us and one of her. We killed all the guards."

"But—"

"We need information from her, Poppy," Blaise said.

Fuck. He's right. The other facility.

I unwrapped my arms and kicked her ass forward, watching her stumble to the floor before getting to her feet.

She whirled around to glare at me, rubbing her throat. "Fucking bitch."

I placed my hands on my chest. "Aw. You think so?"

Scowling, she turned toward my guys. "I'm not telling you shit.”

“You’re going to die anyway, Ravana, might as well tell us what you know.” Kai’s jaw tensed.

Ravana's shoulders shook as a chilling mirth pierced the air. "You think you can kill me? It's been a long time, Kai. I'm not the same vampire I was two hundred years ago."

"I don't really give a toss."

"Too bad," she said in a whiney voice, using her speed to zip over toward Kai. She leaned in and licked his cheek. "I have so much to fill you in on."

He flinched back with his lip curled in disgust, and Blaise pushed her back a few steps.

“You always were a crazy bitch,” Blaise said.

She flashed her teeth his way with a giggle. “I love the terms of endearment. At least Thaddeus was nice to me when we dated, right Kai?”

Kai scowled. “Biggest mistake of my life.”

“And I wasn’t nice, I just avoided you instead of insulting you,” Thaddeus said.

“So mean. What about the demon?” She pouted, her gaze flickering down Aziel’s body.

Rage plowed through me as I sprinted up to her. “None of them are the least bit interested, and if you ever fucking touch—” I reached out to grab her shoulder, but a fucking spike of her flesh shot out, tearing through the center of my hand.
