I felt as if every part of me was trembling, aftershocks controlling my body.

“Fuck, Georgie. That was…” he rolled over to his side, pulling me over to him, our limbs still entwined, his arms holding me as close as he could. He kissed my shoulder. “That was so fucking good.”

“I have no words.”’ I truly didn’t.

“We should do it more often if it keeps you quiet.” His laugh was silent but I felt it through his body, a subtle vibration that made me feel warm. “Let me make you feel like that again.”

I nodded. “And again. And again. And again.”

Because I had a new addiction, and it wasn’t one I wanted to give up.

Sleep didn’t really happen. We dozed, got up for drinks and at one point, Seph made a snack. Then we talked and somehow that led to him being inside me, or going down on me, or a blow job for him in the shower. We didn’t talk about the morning. He was staying over, and that would involve breakfast because this wasn’t a one-night stand. Rose was due home around ten, and if Seph was here, it wouldn’t matter. He’d been in our home a lot in the last week, so she wouldn’t be surprised to see him.

I woke around eight, big arms wrapped round me, a hard cock pressed against my bottom and my feet tangled with his. Sunlight slipped through the cracks in the blinds and it seemed a lot brighter than normal.

Seph’s heartbeat merged with mine, his breath warm against my shoulder and I hoped I never had to move.

This was bliss. This was peace. And as he started to wake, sensing I wasn’t asleep any longer, this was going to be round four.

I wasn’t complaining.

Chapter Seventeen

Seph

Ispent too long on Sunday night wondering how my parents conceived Ava. Not the actual specifics, because thinking about those would’ve caused me to stab my eyes out and pour bleach into the sockets, but how they found the opportunity to spend qualityadulttime together. Or maybe Ava was a one-shot wonder.

Saturday morning consisted of me trying not to stare too much at Rose’s mother. Rose got home about eleven, full of beans about her night away and completely oblivious to the fact that I was there, which I knew was a good thing.

I knew she was there, so every time I noticed the curves of Georgie’s tits or watched her bend over to pick something up, I tried to brush memories of the night before and that morning out of my head like Rose was a mind reader.

I left, reluctantly, just after lunch, taking them both to Amelie’s and then leaving them to meet Callum who’d headed in the city to buy a birthday present for his wife and figured he needed a pint before trawling round the shops without a clue.

I’d found an excuse to see Georgie again on Sunday, dropping off a book she’d said she wanted to read. The rest of the afternoon was spent watching Disney films on the sofa, and when Rose nodded off halfway through Beauty and the Beast, I kissed her mother thoroughly in the kitchen and would’ve done more, except I heard a Rose-like noise from the lounge.

That had put an end to me trying to go any further, and any chances of messing around after she’d gone to bed were scuppered when Olivia arrived home, full of gossip from her weekend away.

Which meant that now, on Monday morning, I had blue balls but a very big smile on my face.

Seph:Mum, how did you and Dad managed to get the time together to make Ava.

Ava:They didn’t need time. I was a gift from the gods.

Maxwell:For fuck’s sake, Joseph, it’s Monday morning. Why are you making me think of such shit?

Marie:Shit? Your father’s and my sex life is not shit, I’ll have you know. A good sex life is key to a happy and long relationship. And *long* is definitely the key word here, if you see what I mean.

Victoria:I don’t see what you mean. Care to explain.

Maxwell:No. She doesn’t need to explain. Stop encouraging her!

Marie:There are lots of things I hope the boys didn’t inherit from their father, but his appendage isn’t one.

Ava:Appendage?

Payton:She means cock.

Ava:I know what an appendage is. I’m just wondering why Mum’s using that word.
