“No. I am letting them know Uncle Derrick is a safe space.”

Movement at the door catches our attention, and in walks Axel and Olivia.

“Congratulations, family,” Axel says excitedly as he rushes over to his twin and hugs him, while Olivia gives flowers toVanessa and catches up with her. “Fuck, they are so tiny,” he says, staring in awe at the girls.

“Did you want a cuddle?” Christian asks. Axel looks terrified. “You’re her uncle daddy.”

“Uncle Daddy?” Axel questions his twin.

“Yeah. Because basically my kids are your kids, ’cause we have the same DNA.” Christian grins. Axel looks scared, and I can’t help but giggle.

“Don’t ever call me that again, it sounds like a porn name,” Axel says, shaking his head.

“What kind of porn have you been watching, Axel?” I tease.

“Hey, no speaking about porn in front of my girls, have some decorum.” Christian hisses at us. He picks up the other twin and hands her carefully to Axel, who holds her like she’s a bomb about to explode. “Don’t hold her like that,” Christian chastises his brother and shows him the right way to hold the baby.

“I’m an uncle.” Axel stares down at the little bundle in his arms. I glance over at where Olivia is standing, and the way she is looking at Axel holding the tiny baby against his tattooed arms, I can see her ovaries popping in real time. They are so going to go home and make babies after this. “They are so little,” Axel says in awe as one of the baby’s little fingers wraps around his. “They are so perfect.”

“Welcome to the club, man,” Evan says, slapping Christian on the back.

“Not long until you have two to match.” Christian nudges him.

“Not sure how you’re going to handle two babies at once, it was hard enough with one.” Evan moans.

“It’s called helpers.”

“So, what did you name them?” I ask because no one has dropped the names yet.

“Sadie and Ruby,” Vanessa states with a huge smile on her face from her hospital bed.

I’m dead. They are the cutest names.

“Those names are gorgeous.” Sienna smiles, rubbing her extremely large belly.

“You’d better keep those Wyld boys away from my girls,” Christian warns Evan.

“Um … I think your Taylor girls are going to be trouble. I don’t want them corrupting my boys, thank you very much,” Evan teases back.

“I can’t believe the two biggest manwhores are married and popping out kids,” Finn jokes.

“Watch what you say in front of my daughters. They don’t need to know what their stupid daddy did before Mommy,” Christian says, punching Finn in the arm.

“Going to be a bit hard when they can look things up on the internet,” Oscar adds.

“That’s it, no internet for my girls,” Christian demands.

I suggested to Axel that while Vanessa is healing, we should go over and help for a couple of hours so everyone could have a nap, and he agreed and said he would meet me at their place. As soon as I walk in, the sound of screaming greets me. Who knew those little munchkins could be so loud?

“Yes, and she’s been fed, and I played with her. I also took her for a walk. I don’t understand why Sadie won’t stop crying. It’s Sadie, isn’t it?” Christian asks Vanessa, sounding panicked.

“Check her wrist,” I hear Vanessa tell him. Because they are identical, they decided to leave the hospital bands on their wrists until they got new ones, so they could identify which twin waswhich, and if I’m being honest, it’s a godsend because they are copy-paste images of each other.

I pop my head into the nursery to check what’s going on.

“Oh my god, Uncle Derrick is here.” Christian sounds relieved as I scoop up little Sadie from his arms, and she stops crying instantly. He stares at me in wonderment and relief.

“What can I say? Chicks dig me.” I walk over to the pink leather feeding chair and start rocking the little princess. Once Sadie is knocked out, I place her back in her crib and walk out.
