But no, he’d never do anything like that. He’d give himself a case of blue balls first.

Jayden stepped out of their room as we exited the bathroom. He looked at Brandon, then to me, and smirked. “If I didn’t know Matt’s sick as a dog, I’d ask you to tell me how in the hell both of you fit in there.”

“Not well. I don’t recommend it,” Brandon advised him. “But it was either shoehorn my way into the shower with him or risk him falling over.”

“Not feeling any better after sleeping today?” I shook my head before leaning it on Brandon’s shoulder. He kissed my hair and I smiled weakly. Jayden patted my shoulder on his way past. “That sucks, man. Tomorrow’s my short day. Let us know if you need anything.”

“I’m going to be taking him to campus health in the morning. His fever’s been worse tonight.” I opened my mouth to argue, but quickly shut it when both Jayden and Brandon glared at me. The only thing worse that having one Daddy was living with another. I wasn’t going to get away with anything.

“Good plan. Well, if you want to take a few days off from the kitchen, let Chase know. He’d probably love knowing he’s contributing.” I let out a sigh, wishing Chase understood how much better the suite was since he moved in. He always worried about carrying his weight, which was dumb. If anything, I was the slacker from our side of the suite.

My eyes got droopy and I was cold, so I tapped Brandon’s side. He nodded, said a quick goodnight to Jayden, and ushered me into our room.

“Hop onto the bed.” My eyes stayed glued on him as he changed into a pair of sleep pants. No underwear. The meanie. He shouldn’t sleep commando when I was sick. I was going to wake up feeling his morning wood poking me in the butt and there’d be nothing I could do about it. I made grabby hands when he retrieved the bag. Daddy chuckled. “Oh, is my boy greedy now?”

I nodded, leaning over further, trying to swipe the bag from him. The peace that washed over me was strange, but not unwelcome. It was like I didn’t have to hold onto being big once we crossed the threshold into our private space.

My eyes widened and I wiggled around when he held out the cutest, softest jammies I’d ever seen. “I love them!”

“I thought you might.” He set them on the bed so he could retrieve a pair of undies for me. I pouted. It wasn’t fair that he didn’t have to wear them, but I did. My hand fell to the mattress, and I was distracted from my grumpiness by how soft my jammies were. And cute. Totally cute. They had monkeys all over them that looked like the monkey he bought after I first talked to him about wanting to explore my little side. But this was different from then. The stuffed monkey had been something I had picked out and he’d reluctantly agreed to buy. This was all him.

He held out the undies so I could put my feet through the holes, then pulled them up my legs. I laid back, lifting my bottom off the mattress so he could finish putting them on me. If he was uncomfortable with dressing me, it didn’t show. My dick gave a little twitch again when he reached inside to tuck my bits where they were supposed to be.

“I know you always complain about me hogging the blankets,” he explained as he gathered the first leg of the jammies in his hands. He slipped them over my foot, then did the same on the other side. “I don’t want you getting cold in the night. And this way, you can’t kick off the covers when you get hot.”

“Burning up so you get over a fever is bull,” I whispered. I could remember all the times my mom and grandma used to argue over whether it actually worked.

“Either way, you’re going to wear them and you’re not arguing.” Brandon being all stern Daddy was hot as hell, even now. I’d have to remember to tell him so when I felt better. I whimpered when the backs of his fingers brushed against my dick and he pulled on the zipper. He chuckled, wrapping an arm around my legs to place them on the bed, then bapped me on the nose. “If you want to play, you need to listen to Daddy.”

“I will,” I promised as I rolled to my side. I’d be the best patient ever if it meant feeling well enough to thank him for taking such good care of me.

“Man, I don't know how you do this all the time.” I sighed as I flopped onto the couch next to Jayden. We were on the fourth day of Matt being sick and I was starting to feel like there was no end in sight. Luckily, he let me take him to campus health and I didn't have to call Kim. I totally would have if necessary. I understood that he didn't want to worry her when she was stressed out enough, but if he kept being stupid, eventually he'd have gotten even worse and compounded the problem.

The medicine should have been working by now, but his fever hadn’t broken. It killed me to let it get higher than I liked without giving him medicine, but the doctor swore it would help. Only once had it gotten high enough for me to sit him up and watch him struggle to swallow two pills.

It didn’t help that he slept all the time, but never peacefully. Every time he tossed and turned, we both woke up. He’d apologized for disturbing me, and every time, I told him it was fine. I just wished there was something more I could do to make him feel better. If he didn’t improve soon, I was going to have to start the argument about going to the doctor all over again.

“It's not always like this,” Jayden pointed out. “Hell, I can’t imagine what you’re going through. I’d be beside myself if Chase was miserable like that. I'm just glad you started to figure shit out before he got sick. I think it's easier for him to be little right now. If you were still at odds with what that meant for the two of you, it could have been hard on your relationship.”

“I know, and that's one of the things I'm struggling with,” I admitted. “Honestly, I'm still not sure how I feel about it. It's strange to see him hanging onto his blankie for dear life, and let's not even get started on the pacifier Chase gave him yesterday.”

“I swear I had no clue he was going to do that.” Jayden held up his hands in mock surrender. “He's in the same boat as the rest of us. He wants to do whatever he can to help Matty feel better. Apparently, he showed Matt his binkie and his eyes lit up. Chase thought it might give him some comfort.”

“No, it definitely does,” I agreed. That was one of the things I grappled with the most. Walking into our room and seeing him half-asleep, gnawing on the silicone tip of the pacifier wasn't nearly as weird as I'd expected it to be. In fact, I wound up sitting on my bed to work on a few projects and watched him until he fully came around and realized I was there. “I don't know, man. Maybe I'm making a bigger deal out of all this than I should.”

“What you feel is valid, Brandon. And honestly, I went through a lot of the same at first,” he confessed. “It was different for us because Chase and I weren’t together at the time, and we were still pretty much strangers, but it was still weird at first, you know? I don’t want to compare what I went through to your issues, but at least you knew Matt. Yes, him talking about being little is an adjustment, but anyone who knows his personality wouldn’t be knocked on their ass by the news.”

“Oh, I know.” I laughed, the sound rough and scratchy like I hadn't done it in a while. And I probably hadn't. The whole time I'd been away from Matty during spring break, I'd been worried about him overdoing it trying to take care of repairs around his mom's house. And when I picked him up so we could head back to school, I could tell right away he wasn't feeling well. He slept the entire drive home, then passed out again as soon I crawled into his bed and wrapped myself around him.

And yet I’d believed him when he said it was just a cold.

“So, what comes next?” It was easier talking to Jayden when he was scrolling through the DVR, trying to find something we’d both enjoy. That was one of the best things about him; he was one of the most chill guys I knew. I couldn't imagine having a discussion like this with Zach or Daniel.

As if thinking of them had conjured them into existence, Tweedledee and Tweedledum came stumbling into the suite. A door slammed behind them and Zach stomped through the suite, slamming their bedroom door behind him without a word.
