“Give me five.” I held my hand up and we slapped them together.
“Let me clean you up.” I took a clean wipe and then cleaned his face.
They had just finished up their snack before Ms. Cole arrived. I didn’t want them distracted while she was here. After cleaning their faces, I then let them both go to the bathroom. We followed that by washing their hands and went back to my den to wait for their appointment. Being that the twins were in my life, I had no desire to have any kids. They were a handful, and if it wasn’t for my baby sister, there was no way I would be able to run my business or try to have a personal life outside of them.
I timed everything right and smiled because Lonni would be proud of me for keeping them on schedule. The gate buzzed a second time, so I buzzed her in and went to open the door for her. I just saw her a few days ago and she had changed her nail color to red. The curls were changed and her eyebrows were freshly threaded.
I really needed to chill.
She smiled as she approached and I returned the gesture.
“Would you like me to grab something for you?”
“No, I got it. Thank you, though.”
“Okay, slip your shoes off and let me show you where you’ll be with them today. Follow me.”
I lead her through my foyer, past my office, to the den. The kids were so excited to see her that they dropped what they were doing as soon as they heard her voice. She couldn’t even put her bags down before they were crawling all over her.
“Hey, have you guys been good for your uncle?” She looked back at me.
“Yes! I have,” Reign said. “Dream been messy.”
“Dream, have you been making a mess?” She asked.
“No…no, it was a little.”
“It was a little what? Take your time.”
“A little bit,” he corrected himself.
“Great job. Let me get set up. We got some blocks we are going to put together. Is that okay?” She asked them and they both agreed with excitement.
The twins had forgotten that I was even in the room with them. It let me know that they were comfortable with her and that was something Lonni and I had a problem with. They only had us and we were about to trust complete strangers when it was time for them to go to school. Giving them space, I went into my office and did some work. After finishing a few emails, I decided to make sure they were okay because it had been over an hour.
“Last one, what is this?”
“Elephant!” Dream screamed.
I smiled because he was saying words that I thought he would never be able to say. Reign was next and it was nothing for her to recognize what the other picture that Ms. Cole held up. She gave them both stickers and a goodie bag for the day. I was glad it didn’t have candy in it because I would never get them to sleep. As she packed up, I tried to busy myself like I was cleaning up. Who the fuck was I kidding? My house was never dirty. Even with the kids here, the shit was still spotless.
“My money is being spent well, I see. You got my nephew saying words clearly after just a few weeks.”
She gave me a smug look. “I told you I was worth every dime. You doubted what I could do and were putting a demand on my services that I couldn’t promise. I don’t like being told what to do, which is why I work for myself.”
Oh, she had a little spice to her. I would’ve never known.
“You don’t put me in the mind of a woman who can’t take orders.”
“Well, I can’t. Can you show me to the door, please? I have another appointment that I have to make it to.”
All I could think about was making her do everything I commanded her to do. Since she said she didn’t like to take orders. I wanted to see how much dick she could take before she was telling me it was my pussy. Beautiful women like her deserved to be pleased. I slowly licked my lips at the thought of kissing her. Her clearing her throat reminded me that I needed to show her to the door.
“I’ll send you and your sister an email for the next appointment. Just confirm if it will be here or at the other place so I can plan accordingly for my other clients.”
I hadn’t heard what she said. I was too busy watching her pretty ass lips move.
