“Shut up!” Emmett snaps back, only semi-irritated.

The rest of the guys walk through and we get our luggage and wait on Emmett. Callum had a good talk with Low this morning and decided he would just take our same flight instead of changing it. It made the most sense, since we already had a seat for him.

A man walks up to Emmett, who spreads his legs and holds his arms out while the man pats him down. Rubbing each arm from armpit to his waist and up and down his shorts to his crotch, where the man twitches a bit.

Yea. He has a big fucking cock.

Emmett’s eyes fall on mine like he knows exactly what I’m thinking and just smirks.

Knox perches his chin on my shoulder. “Do you think he likes it?”

“Shut the fuck up.” Jax shoves him off my shoulder.

A moment later, we all have our luggage and we’re walking towards our gate. Why is it always the last one? Every time. Doesn’t matter where I’m flying to, I’m always at the last gate.

Quickly glancing around, I try to find Lizzy, but don’t see her. She said she was running a few minutes late when she texted this morning, which isn’t shocking. She’s always been the type to show up as we’re boarding.

I couldn’t do it. Nope. I’m the person who’s at the airport an hour early. I hate running in general and running through the airport gives me the heebie-jeebies.

“We have some time to kill,” Callum says. “Want to grab a drink?”

My lips pull to the side with guilt for making them be here so early, but in addition to running in the airport, I also hate being late for a flight.

“Please,” Emmett groans.

“You didn’t like being felt up?” Knox teases.

“Drinks on me,” I offer.

“I knew you were turning into a little exhibitionist, but here? Really?” Knox teases.

I stare at him for a second with a furrowed brow until I realize what he’s talking about. “On me. I get it.”

We walk into a restaurant and pull up a seat at the bar. The bartender, a spunky little red head named Dahlia, hands us a drink menu.

“You all want food, too?”

“No, thanks,” Emmett answers.

Dahlia flicks her chin up with a flirtatious grin, and I take in a deep breath to calm my nerves.

I’ve been getting less patient lately when we’re out in public and ladies think they can just hit on my men. I guess to be fair, it’s not normal for a girl to be with four guys at the same time, and the way we act in public probably leads people to believe we’re just friends. But come on!

I’m going to have to have a talk with the boys. We need to figure out how to act in public, because I don’t like the whole friends thing. I want to stake my claim! Let the world know they’re mine and fuck their judgmental stares.

We order our drinks and Callum pays for the tab. We argue briefly about who’s going to pay, but Emmett wraps his arms around my waist and transplants me to the corner booth where we sit and enjoy our drinks. Dahlia looks at us a few times, then gives me a slight nod of approval, reading the situation. I don’t know why, but her nod does something to me. I feel like I’m soaring.

The screen behind the check-in stand says we have fourteen minutes left before boarding begins, and Tony and Lizzy still haven't showed up yet.

“Man. I’d hate if Liz misses the flight,” Jax quips.

I smack his arm playfully and go back to reading my fairytale smut. “The fact you’re calling her Liz and not Lizzy tells me you’d miss her.”

“Would I though?” His eyes cut towards me with that sultry, sexy stare.

“Never fret, my darlings! The queen has arrived,” Lizzy shouts from across the airport with her arms spread wide, pillow around her neck, fuzzy pink slippers on her feet and a pair of noise canceling headphones on her head. Tony is pulling both of their carry-ons a few steps behind her.

“Yay,” Jax says deadpan.
