“Lexi!” Silva snorts out a laugh.

“What?” I throw my hands up. “She was looking at my man with intent.”

“Amy is a good person, be nice. And to be fair, he wasn’t your man until just a few days ago.”

“Everyone knows he’s been mine since he moved here.” I glare at her.

“Everyone but you.” She is having way too much fun with this.

“I hate you,” I mutter.

She laughs. “How did everything go with your first heat? I know how you felt about it before, but has your mindset changed?”

“Emmett was amazing.” I smile. “He was so gentle and understanding at first. I honestly don’t remember much, just that he eased me into it so that I didn’t feel any kind of fear or pain.”

“He’s a keeper,” she tells me. “Don’t let that one go.”

“I don’t plan on it. But seriously, I don’t know how he did it. Omegas are supposed to be needy and sex craved during their heats, right? Yet this man kept going, and going, and going.” I bite my lip, trying not to get aroused in my sister’s bedroom as I think about Emmett.Naked and grunting as he fucked me into a new world.

“I’m impressed,” she laughs. “It’s because he’s a young, fit Omega. Mostly because he’s an Omega.” She gets up and goes to her closet. “But if you think he might need some help, I do have some recommendations.” She steps in, then comes out a few moments later. “This one would work. It has a knot and all.” She holds up a dildo, and I gape at her. “And this vibrator will have you cumming so hard, you’ll see stars.” She holds something else up.

“Stop!” I burst into laughter. “Oh my god, Silva, please stop. I don’t want to see my sister's sex toy collection."

“You sure?” she laughs. “Because it’s a big one.”

Grabbing one of her pillows, I bury my face into it, cheeks blazing.

“It’s okay.” She puts the stuff away. “I’ll order you some I think you would like.”

“You are crazy,” I murmur into the pillow.

“What's crazy is the cookies I have downstairs that are not being eaten. Can you pull yourself away from Boy Wonder for the night and have a sleepover with your twin?”

It’s been a while since we had a girls' night. “You know what? Let’s do it.”

We head downstairs, and I text Emmett that I’m staying over at Silva’s tonight. We grab the cookies she made and set up camp in her living room.

“What movie do you wanna watch?” Silva asks, pulling up the movie app.

“You know which one.”

She gives me a look. “Are you sure?”

“Yup. It’s been a while.”

“Alright,” she says reluctantly. “If you say so.”

Why am I doing this to myself? I’ve seen this movie a million times, and sure, this scene has always made me shed a tear, but right now I’m blubbering like a baby.

The doorbell rings, and Silva pauses. “Are you sure you’re okay?”

“I’m fine,” I sob, blowing my nose. “I’m fine.”

“You’re a nut job, is what you are,” she mutters before getting up to answer the door. “Lexi!” she calls out. “Your boyfriend is here.”

My heart skips, and I jump to my feet, eager to see him. “Hi!” I cry out, throwing myself into his arms.

“What's wrong?” he asks, hugging me tightly. “Are you okay?”
