Luc’s eyes flashed. “If that’s what you want, then we’ll need a safe word.”
Dex’s breath heaved. “Red for stop. Okay? Otherwise, if I tell you no or to let go, keep going.” He wiggled in Luc’s hold.
Luc took the bait, his grip tightening. “Okay, eager little prey. Struggle all you want. You won’t escape unless you safe-word.”
Dex moaned, and Luc chuckled low and full of dark humor.
Dex rolled, grabbing for the edge of the mattress, but Luc pulled him back.
“Where are you going, Dex?”
Dex struggled, unable to form words. The fire in Luc’s eyes flared. Dex pushed against his unmoving chest with both hands, but there was no breaking free from his grip.
Dex gave himself over to the urge to flee, letting it burn through him and take over every one of his reflexes, but Luc didn’t relent, and that was exactly what Dex craved.
“I asked where you were going.”
He sputtered. “N-nowhere.”
“That’s right.” Luc held Dex’s stare, his hand traveling slowly toward Dex’s neck with clear intent to wrap it around his throat.
Dex arched, exposing himself and baring his throat as an uncontrollable shiver overtook him.
Luc accepted the invitation—gaze never straying, so intense there was no doubt he was absorbing every one of Dex’s reactions—and covered his throat with firm fingers, lips curling in satisfaction at Dex’s desperate surrender.
A sound passed Dex’s lips, so obscene that his whole body burned. Luc didn’t squeeze, didn’t actually choke him, but the presence of his hand was impossible to ignore.
Dex wrapped his fingers around Luc’s wrist and pulled with all his strength. “Let go.”
Luc didn’t budge. “No, you’re mine.”
“Uhh.” Electricity shot through Dex, hotter than anything he’d felt before.
He had no choice. No way out. All he could do was feel. Fall into knowing that Luc wanted him so badly, he wouldn’t relent, no matter what. Dex’s cock throbbed in time with his thundering pulse, sensation threatening to overwhelm him completely.
Dex’s legs scrambled for purchase on the bed. He needed friction, but Luc’s hips didn’t connect with his. He hovered, watching Dex with fire in his eyes and satisfaction written all over his face.
“Luc.” Dex bucked his hips against nothing. He’d never been more turned on. Fantasizing was nothing compared tobeing pinned down by the Devil. “No. Please. You can’t. Let me go.Let me go!” Dex shoved Luc’s chest, scratching at his neck, his arms.
Luc caught both of Dex’s hands in one of his and trapped them against Dex’s sternum, forcing the air from his lungs in a whoosh.
“Why would I let you go? You’re so pretty when you struggle, and it’s all for me. But don’t worry. It’s almost over.” Luc nosed down Dex’s neck and licked from his collarbone to his jaw.
A high-pitched whimper tore from Dex as he shivered with pleasure. He was helpless.
He could make this stop with a word, but that was the last thing he wanted. Luc wouldn’t hurt him. It was safe to be afraid with Luc and give in like he’d imagined.
Luc’s fangs pierced his flesh with a sharp stab, and Dex cried out. His vision blurred and he remained still, whimpering, trembling so hard he was practically vibrating. Luc growled and sealed his lips against Dex’s neck. He sucked, groaning long and low, and pleasure exploded within Dex.
He screamed, struggling against Luc’s hold without conscious thought, the desire to feel utterly possessed taking over.
It was as if his neck had a hidden bundle of nerves, like his prostate. Holy fucking shit. The more Dex struggled, the tighter Luc held him, the harder he sucked, the louder he groaned, and the closer Dex was to coming.
He hadn’t expected it to be like this. “Luc, please.”
Luc released Dex’s trapped hands, his lips leaving Dex’s neck. He pulled his head back, blood smearing his already red lips, and his tongue darted out to lick it.
“Don’t stop,” Dex whimpered. That wasn’t what he meant.
