“I know you do, sweetie. They miss you just as much. You know I have my weekly catch up texts with them.” I grin and nod, loving how much my mom loves my Alphas and they love her. She wraps her arms around me. I will say, getting this time with my mom has been invaluable. We’ve cooked, gone to bingo, did a pottery class, and even an indoor chocolate festival. People always say things happen for a reason, and I wonder if I met my guys when I needed to and had my heat while they were here so I could have this time with my mom. Especially if I’ll be moving away next year. Mom and I have talked about it. She’s happy for me. I’m just trying to figure out if I leave Hank with her or take him with me. I don’t like the idea of my mom being alone, but he’s a lot of work.

Speaking of the devil. He jumps on my bed and sniffs the hoodies. Seems my Alphas have left an impression on the big guy as well.

“Don’t worry, buddy, you’ll see them soon.”

“I’ve been thinking,” Mom says.

“Yeah?”

“Why don’t I move to where you and your Alphas decide to spend the off season? That way, I’ll always be close.”

I blink at her and smile. “I’d love that.” She smiles and kisses the top of my head.

“You tell those boys I say hello and am working on matching scarves for all of them.” I laugh and nod my head.

“I will.” I kiss Hank on the head and toss my bag over my shoulder and start up my mom’s van, smiling as I head to Boston.

My GPS has me in front of a nice townhome. Only issue is parallel parking.

Fuck me upside-down.

I quickly call Eli. I don’t know why I feel like he will be the best at parallel parking, but it’s just my best guess.

“Hey, baby. You almost here?”

“I’m out front. Can you park my van? People are honking at me.”

“Be right there.”

“Get out of the fuckin’ road!” some asshole yells behind me. So I give him the finger out of the window and put my emergency flashers on.

“Calm the fuck down, asshole!” Eli yells as he comes to the driver’s side. His grin is massive as he opens the door and looks at me. “Hey, Char baby.”

“Hey.” I don’t know why I feel so shy all of the sudden.

“Slide over.” I do as he says as he moves the van into the tight spot like he’s a professional driver. The guy behind us honks and gives us the finger as he drives past. “Come here,” he says, and immediately, I’m on his lap with my hands on his neck. His hands grip my ass as he kneads the flesh like he’s making sure I’m real. I kiss every freckle on his face before taking his mouth against mine.

“I missed you.” My voice is raspy, and all I want to do is fuck him hard and fast in this car.

“Baby, it’s three in the afternoon. Let’s take this inside, yeah?”

“Are you sure you don’t want me right now?” I tease him, scratching the back of his neck with my nails and making him shiver.

“Damn. I missed you, baby.” He tugs me close, and his lips are on mine again, exactly where I want him.

I groan and keep kissing him. His pine scent makes me realize how diluted his scent is on his hoodie I sometimes sleep in.

Good god. “You smell so good.”

“So do you,” he groans, kneading my ass again, grinding against me. I’ve humped a lot of objects around my room to get off on lately, but none of them come close to this. We could just both finish like this, completely clothed and rubbing against one another. Eli is basically panting when he looks out the window and sees what looks like two of his classmates on the sidewalk balking at us. “Let’s get inside, so I can show you just how much I missed you.”

“Fine. Grab my stuff?” We could just give them a show. I quite like the idea of them telling everyone they know that they saw Eli Beckford—BU superstar—in the front seat with his Omega/girlfriend/scent match. Maybe I need to leave a hickey on his neck so everyone knows what’s up. I smile as Eli kisses me one more time before getting out of the van. Yeah, I’m going to leave marks on him tonight.

“Of course.”

I pop the trunk, and Eli laughs but collects all of my bags. It looks like I’m moving in, not like I’m here for just three days. Thankfully, he now knows what to expect when I pack things. He doesn’t even scoff at the amount of stuff I packed, just grabs it all in one trip. I shut the trunk behind him.

“Game day tomorrow?”
