Beneath it all, humming through my chest like a second heartbeat, were the bonds. Five threads of connection, each one distinct, each one alive with emotion. I could feel them without even trying that buzzed with eager energy. I focused on one thread — the golden one — and felt Hwan's emotions wash over me. Contentment. Joy. A bone-deep satisfaction that made me want to smile. He was happy. Genuinely, completely happy.

I shifted my focus to the violet thread and felt Jin-ho's quiet devotion, steady as a heartbeat. The crimson thread vibrated with Tae-min's fierce pride, still slightly disbelieving. The rose-pink thread hummed with Min-jun's tender protectiveness, soft but unwavering. And the indigo thread — Jae-won's — pulsed with possessive love so strong it stole my breath.

They could feel me too. I knew that instinctively. Whatever I was feeling, they could sense it. So I sent something back. I gathered up all the warmth in my chest — the gratitude, the wonder, the overwhelming affection — and pushed it down all five bonds at once.

The response was immediate. Five threads flared brighter, five emotional signatures surging with love that crashed into me from every direction. I gasped at the intensity of it, tears pricking at my eyes.

Ours,my omega purred again.Pack. Home.

I finally opened my eyes. The nest was a disaster — blankets tangled, pillows scattered, the sheets beneath us rumpled beyond saving. But I couldn't bring myself to care, not when I was surrounded by the five most important people in my world.

Hwan was pressed against my front, his platinum blonde hair a mess, his face relaxed in sleep. One of his hands rested on my hip, his fingers curled loosely around the curve of bone. Jin-ho was somewhere behind me, his chest pressed to my back, his breath warm and even against my shoulder. I could feel Tae-min's head resting near my feet, his hand wrapped around my ankle like he was afraid I'd disappear. Min-jun was curled against Hwan's back, one arm stretched across to rest on my waist. And Jae-won — I could feel him more than see him — was positioned at the head of the nest, one hand resting on the back of my neck, right over the primary bonding bite he'd left there.

Five alphas. All of them touching me in some way. All of them connected to me through bonds that hummed with love.

My chest felt too full to contain it all. I lifted my hand carefully, not wanting to wake anyone, and touched my collarbone. My fingers traced the line of flowers there — the branch that ran from behind my ear down toward my heart. I couldn't see it without a mirror, but I could feel it. The skin wasslightly raised where the marks had completed, the fine lines now etched permanently into my flesh.

Five flowers. All of them finished now. All of them bearing the intricate details that proved the bonds were sealed.

"You're awake." Jae-won's voice was a low rumble, rough with sleep but warm with affection. His hand tightened slightly on the back of my neck, his thumb stroking over the bite mark there in slow, soothing circles.

"Yeah." My voice came out hoarse, wrecked from three days of screaming. I tilted my head back slightly to look at him. "How long was I out?"

"About six hours." He shifted, and I felt the nest dip as he moved closer, his body curling around the top of my head protectively. His lips pressed against my hair, lingering there, breathing me in. "Heat broke around midnight. You've been sleeping since."

"It's over?" I asked, even though I already knew. The absence of fire was answer enough.

"It's over." Jae-won confirmed, his voice soft, his breath warm against my scalp. Through the bond, I felt his relief — and beneath it, a fierce satisfaction that made my toes curl. "You did so well, Keira. So well."

The praise shouldn't have affected me as much as it did, but warmth flooded through me anyway, pooling in my chest. I turned my head to look up at him, finding his dark eyes already fixed on my face, watching me with an intensity that made my heart skip.

"I can feel you." I whispered, my voice barely audible. "All of you. Through the bonds."

"We can feel you too." Jae-won's hand slid from my neck to cup my cheek, his palm warm and calloused against my skin. His thumb brushed over my cheekbone with impossible gentleness. His dark eyes were soft in a way I'd rarely seen, the hard edges ofthe pack alpha melted away to reveal something tender beneath. "Every emotion. Every flicker of feeling. You're part of us now."

"How does it feel?" I asked, searching his face. "Having me in your head?"

"Like coming home." He answered without hesitation, his voice rough with emotion, his dark eyes glistening in the dim light. "Like a piece I didn't know was missing finally clicking into place."

Tears burned at my eyes. I blinked them back, but one escaped anyway, sliding down my temple. Jae-won caught it with his thumb, wiping it away gently, his touch featherlight.

"Don't cry." He murmured, though his own eyes looked suspiciously bright, his jaw tight with barely contained emotion.

"Happy tears." I managed, my voice cracking on the words. "I just— I never thought—" I couldn't finish the sentence. I didn't have to. Through the bond, Jae-won felt everything I couldn't put into words — the disbelief, the gratitude, the overwhelming wonder that this was really my life now.

"I know." He pressed a kiss to my forehead, his lips warm and soft, lingering against my skin like he was savoring the contact. "I know."

Movement stirred around us as the others began to wake. Hwan made a soft sound against my chest, nuzzling closer, his nose brushing against my collarbone before his eyes fluttered open. Warm brown met grey, and a sleepy smile spread across his face — that sunshine smile, but softer now, more real, crinkling the corners of his eyes.

"Morning, beautiful." He murmured, his voice rough with sleep, his hand tightening on my hip possessively.

"It's not morning." I pointed out, my lips twitching with amusement. "Apparently it's past midnight."

"Morning is whenever we wake up." Hwan declared with absolute certainty, leaning forward to press a soft kiss to thecorner of my mouth. His lips were warm and slightly chapped, lingering for just a moment before he pulled back. "Pack rules."

"Since when?" Tae-min's voice came from near my feet, muffled and sleepy, his words slurred with exhaustion. He shifted, pressing a kiss to my ankle — a surprisingly tender gesture — before crawling up the nest to squeeze in beside Hwan. His cherry-red hair was sticking up in every direction, his dark chocolate eyes still half-lidded with sleep, pillow creases marking his cheek. "I don't remember voting on that."

"I'm the happy virus. I make the rules about happiness." Hwan said, utterly serious despite the absurdity of his words, his expression completely deadpan.
