“I’m talking about you and her. I don't know what the hell is going on, but you are not acting normal. It's Allie that's making you this way, isn't it? Is there something you want to tell me?”

Justice immediately said that there was nothing he wanted to say. If he did tell the truth about the kiss and how she ran off, there was no way that he would put him in that position. Because then, Jeff would know about it, and he could be seen as a traitor if he didn't tell Ben about it. It would all end badly, and Justice knew that he wasn't going to put Jeff in that position, and he wasn't going to put himself in that position either. The best form of action was for him to just shut his mouth. He was trying to do that the best that he could.

“I'm telling you nothing is going on. She is just hard to deal with. I don't know how you can keep your mouth shut.”

Jeff just looked at him and shook his head. “I keep my mouth shut because that's the Alpha’s sister. You say anything off toward her and you know damn well what happens. I heard that he put his best friend in chains. God only knows what he did to him in there and that was somebody he has known his whole life. What do you think that he’d do to somebody like you or me?”

Justice knew that his friend had a point and that he was saying it because he was worried about him. Justice would do the same thing if he thought that Jeff was in the same circumstances. It didn't help though. There was no way that Justice was able to control himself. At least Ben hadn't noticed. From the way that Jeff made it sound, it was obvious. Justice needed to work on his emotions, and he needed to keep them in check. He used to be very good at it, but Allie in the mix, made everything more complicated.

When they got back to his place, Justice asked Jeff if he wanted a couple beers and Jeff went along with it. Neither one of them had much to say for a while. When they finally did speak, it was naturally about the new assignment that was completely throwing them off. Justice knew what he was supposed to say and feel, because he had heard it all before. Allie had a reputation with the guards and to be fair, it was nothing that was her fault. He was just perpetuating it, but he knew that he had to. There was no way that Jeff was going to believe him when he said nothing was going on if he was giving glowing remarks about her and nobody else would.

“I can't be for too much longer, right? I mean, she's going to be married off soon. You heard what was going on in there, didn't you?”

Jeff agreed that he did, and he said something about how he felt bad for whatever schmuck was going to have to get married to her. Justice was not thinking that way at all. He was thinking how he would love to be the one that got to marry her. He remembered their kiss and he knew that whatever came next, he would always want her. None of it really mattered. Justice was obsessed. That was the truth, he was completely obsessed with her.

“Well, I don't really give a shit what the hell is going on. I just want this duty to be over. I don't know about you, but we have better things to do than this. I want a real assignment. I would rather do almost anything else,” Justice said. He knew as soon as he said it that he was lying through his teeth. Justice knew that next to Allie was exactly where he wanted to be. He just worried about how long he was going to be able to do that. She was leaving soon and he was not okay with it. How could he be?

They had a good time out, despite his inner turmoil. They met with other soldiers that gave him crap because of their new job. It really was thought of as a punishment and the whole time that Justice was laughing and carrying on with the rest of them, he was slowly dying inside. The fact that everybody was drinking and nobody was paying attention to anybody else gave him a little bit of leeway to think and feel how he wanted to.

While he could say that his melancholy was from his body reacting to the drinking, he knew that he was reacting to losing Allie. Soon she would be gone, and Justice didn't know what he was going to do. For a fantasy that he had held onto for so long, it was going to take some extra effort for him to be able to walk away from it. Justice still didn't know how he was going to do it. He worried about Allie and how she was going to like her new mate. What would be worse, her liking him or not? Justice literally did not know the answer to that.

He went to bed that night doing what he had done for so long, think about Allie. Justice wasn’t sure how he was supposed to feel about it all, but he knew that he was going to have to let her go. As hard as it was going to be, Allie didn’t want him. It was all in his head.

***

Justice heard a knock on the door, and he saw Allie standing there when he opened it. “Damn these dreams don’t stop. Come on, I don’t want anyone to see you. Even in a dream your brother would kill me.”

He let her in, and Justice sighed to himself. Fine, one more time he could take her in his fantasy, but then he promised himself, this would be the last time…

Chapter 11

Allie

“You’re very chatty for my fantasies. I wonder why that is. I guess I think that it will help me not want you, but it doesn’t change anything. I still want you, Allie, so take your clothes off. I want you riding my cock and calling out my name before I wake up. I hate when you disappear before I can finish.”

Allie was stumped as to what was going on. Justice kept talking about dreams and fantasies, and she wasn’t sure if he was being serious or not. When he told her to take her clothes off, Allie was shaking inside. She was sure that he was joking, but then he started to take his boxers off and he was so damn hard and big. Her eyes were full of his meat and Justice was moving toward her quickly. “We don’t have long, Allie. My dreams usually end when I slide inside. I want to feel you for a moment before that happens. You don’t know how many times you have failed me.”

Allie really had no idea what he was talking about, but his hands were suddenly on her, and he was lifting her shirt up and over her head. She put her arms up to help him, but only because she had no choice. He wasn’t paying attention to her, not really. He really thought that he was in a dream. Allie almost said something, but instead she went along with it, and she got naked. It wasn’t much to slip out of her shorts and to stand there in panties and a bra.

“You look better tonight for some reason. Your body is tighter than it usually is. Fuck, I can see every inch of you so perfectly. I wonder what has changed because I don’t remember you looking so good.”

“You do this often, me and you together in your dreams?” Allie couldn’t help but ask him. When he agreed, she knew that she had to find out more. It was just too hot not to. She was looking at him like he was just as cute as could be. She was turned on; he was hard as a rock and Allie was about to do something that she knew would never happen if he wasn’t under the wrong impression. How long had he dreamed about her, that he honestly believed all of this was just another one?

“Every time I close my eyes, Allie, I see you. I would never tell you this to your face, but I have been with you a lot in my dreams. I fell in love with you when I was young. Now, I know that it was for a reason.”

Allie didn’t know what to say. He was speaking from the heart and admitting things that he would never say to her face. Allie couldn’t help how he was making her feel. She was sure that the soft way his lips found hers was better than she could have imagined. Allie wound her hands around his neck and rubbed her slim body. Justice kept murmuring about how she felt better than she ever had in his dreams before. He took her to the edge of the bed, sitting on it, with her on his lap. Allie’s hips moved in a rotating fashion. She did her best to try and pull it together, but it was harder than she had imagined.

His hands opened her legs wide and settled her down against him. Allie didn’t even jump as the strong head went to her opening. She knew the depth of consequences to what she was about to do, but Allie knew that it might likely be her only chance. She wanted him and wouldn’t stop thinking about it. Justice was who she wanted and though it was rushed and slightly off from how she imagined her first time to be, it was worth it because she made the decision. Justice was who she chose.

“I can’t wait, Allie. You feel too damn good, and I want to get in you before you disappear.”

Allie would have told him that he was off on the disappearing part, but then he was slamming into her from underneath, and Allie called out loudly because she had no choice. Pain ripped through her, as his hard length did the same to her body. Allie was sure that it was going to split her in two. Justice pulled her close and kissed her, shock going onto his face. He was just then realizing that Allie was real, and he was not in a dream. She saw the wide-eyed look that he gave her, the whole time his hard length throbbing incessantly inside of her.

“You’re real?” Justice asked in a stammering voice.

“Yes.”

He started to lift her up and off and Allie squeezed him like that was going to keep her there. “Please don’t stop.”
