I grabbed her waist to steady her, then looked up, shaking the damp curls out of my face to see what’d drawn Skye’s attention, and–

Holyfuck. My jaw dropped.

Willowwas standing in Zephyr’s doorway, wearing only one of his t-shirts. And Iknewit was his t-shirt, because I’d worn it recently when he’d loaned me clothes.

Willow’s face was as red as a tomato, her skin completely free of makeup. Her usually perfectly styled hair was limp and natural. She’d clearly showered at some point last night, and it hadn’t been in Skye’s room.

Skye’s jaw was nearly to the floor, while Willow’s mouth was in the shape of anO.

Willow recovered first. “Good morning,” she squeaked as she closed the door.

Skye snorted, then clamped a hand over her mouth, then began to laugh.

Willow rolled her lips between her teeth, then she began to shake before letting out a laugh of her own. The two girls trembled, trying hard to stifle their laughter as they practically ran up the hall to the kitchen, snorting and wheezing the whole way.

I’d barely made it to the kitchen when they burst into laughter. Skye had her face flat on the kitchen island, laughing like crazy while Willow leaned back against the cabinets.

“What the hell?” I said, and Willow screeched with laughter.

Skye gasped for air, rolling back and forth slightly on the counter.

“You’re both crazy,” I said, going to the fridge, glad to see Zephyr had still managed to stock the cold coffee even after hooking up with his sister’s friend last night.

Wait.

“Where’s Mia?” I asked.

Willow’s eyes widened, and Skye’s laughter cut off abruptly. Willow looked like a deer in the headlights, and Skye’s mouth dropped open in shock, her eyes so wide I could see the whites all the way around her silver irises.

“She’s uh…still in bed, of course.” Willow squeaked.

“With my brother!?” Skye whisper-yelled.

Willow pursed her lips, and then the two girls were laughing again. Willow cackled like a hyena while Skye howled.

“I thought Mia didn’t like men,” I said slowly.

Willow let out a very not lady-like snort. “Well, she likes Zephyr.”

Skye gagged. “Shut up!”

Willow laughed while Skye laugh-gagged for another minute or sowhile I bustled around the kitchen, preparing my freezer waffles like nothing was amiss.

Holy fuck, though. Zephyr got WillowandMia? I shook my head with a grin. The man had a really good birthday.

“Are you crazy? You know he’s fucked like, everyone on this island?” Skye said when they’d finally settled.

“Skye, I never thoughtyouof all people would try to force me away from a man by telling me he’s a man-whore. You’re with the king of man-whores!” Willow whispered loudly.

“The fuck?” I said, offended. I mean…she wasn’t wrong, but why the hell was I being insulted right now?

“Leave Aiden alone,” Skye giggled. “And actually, Zephyr could give him a run for his money.”

My jaw dropped, partially because I was areformedfuckboy who didn’t appreciate being reminded of his past, and also becausewhat? Zephyrgot around?

Willow stared dreamily. “I can fix him.”

Skye let out another laugh, snorting while she covered her face as tears leaked from the corners of her eyes.
