“I’m really busy,” I replied.

“What, you were just telling me two hours ago how you need more stuff to do.”

Kill her.

I was absolutely going to kill her. My eyes flew to Kelton, and I gave him a tight smile before I excused both Chyna and I.

Dragging her to the door of the basement, that ran out to her and Paul’s backyard set up, we stepped outside.

The air was clear, and a buzz zapper was buzzing nearby. Every once in a while it would send a snap through the air electrocuting any bugs that dared come near.

“Bitch what are you up too?”

She rolled her eyes. “What are you talking about.”

“Kelton…” I pointed inside.

“I’m confused.”

“Look…”

“Paul invited him, Silver. They’re best friends.”

“Ooohhh, so I need to cuss Paul out. He knows I can’t stand that man.”

She sighed and crossed her arm. “I mean, elementary school was like fifty years ago.”

“I’m literally turning thirty two before your eyes.”

She paused and then we both burst into a fit of laughter. To calm myself down, I took a sip of the ice cold drink.

“He was just awful to me in school,” I shrugged.

“People change,” Chyna once again hunched me. “But…”

“But what?”

“We’re adults and adults get big girl birthday dares,” she smiled mischievously.

Did her eyes just go black with mischief,I thought.

I had to be drunk.

“Chy…”

“I dare you….”

She paused for dramatic effect.

“To get your revenge on your high school bully.”

“Huh?”

Chyna began to cackle like the crazy bitch she was. “And then use that revenge to blackmail the hell out of him.”

The craziest part was, I liked her dare.

Revenge was going to be….dirty.
