I replied, “I’ve started planning so much later, Beta Mattie.” Fang cackled, “We are so evasive right now.” Yes, I had been most of my life and no one ever caught onto that. Beta Matt sighed, “I suppose you’re correct, since Eric didn’t have an invitation in April for it. Try not to hog Ted too much. It’s their busy season.”

I replied, “Every season is their busy season. Business is booming for them. I guarantee my party will be the most fun he has planning. I bring the fun. It’s practically my middle name that I gave myself because we all know my dad wouldn’t allow such a thing.”

Beta Mattie sighed, “Yeah, well I can set Tate loose on your former parents, as you call them, if you like.” I cooed, “Awww, siccing your brother in law on people for me is so sweet. Just forthat I’ll make sure to walk the line on the schedule with TeleTed for your sexy fun times.”

Beta Mattie snorted, “I’m still serious.” I continued as if he hadn’t spoken, “Since I know you want him around in the holiday season for the naked tango. I’ll even wind up my Super Special Fun Sized Fairy Ninja Goddess to get him a sexy outfit or five. Toodles!” I hung up on him.

I announced, “I’ll be shifting to run home. You all think good tidings and Christmas thoughts. Consider it the holiday season from this day forth until the day after Christmas.” They laughed, but they would soon find out I was dead serious.

I left the room and walked out into the main living room. I said, “Oh look, it’s the Conners having their evening whiskey. If only I had walked this way knowing I would find this exact group of men. Nathan, my good man. Did you get my invitation?" Nathan replied, “Yes, and I’ll be there Dylan.”

Fang snorted, “I love how he knows his mate isn’t invited and he doesn’t care.” The man was relieved, as he should be. Nathan said, “Not that my wife was on the invitation, but she was suddenly busy with some conference that invited her personally to come speak. She’s getting popped home for Christmas because she needs to prep her speech in person.”

Wow. Haley was good. Like, I wanted to walk back into her office and bow to her awesomeness good. Fang reasoned, “We knew she was.” Yes, but to on the fly have some conference ready to go where Cassandra got to be important enough to give a speech? That was bowing down on knees level awesome. Haley really was a goddess.

I asked, “Annnnddddd what about SGAP? Are you coming to my humble party? Are you going to admit your hand is stirring the pot? Because I’ll tell you here and now I know it was you. You missed Dylanmas so much you found a way to bring it back.” SGAP replied, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

I sighed, “I see you want to continue to hide our love affair even though it’s obvious. This move practically shouts it from the heavens. Almost like the time you sent out an invitation to a party I wasn’t having.” SGAP rolled his eyes, “I was trying to get you to fix it.”

I chucked, “Sure, sure. We all believe you. I’m going to run on home to one of the other co-conspirators, my lovely and bodacious mate. Read the back of the invitation, gentlemen. You know I always lay out rules for the Secret Santa part.” I winked at them and left out the back door at a dead run.

Mrs. Blanch smiled at me as I left. I heard SGAP shout, “DYLAN FUCKING FROST! ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!” Fang chuckled, “Thor is asking if he really has to go to the Christmas shop alone without Haley.”

I replied, “SGAP knows he does. He read my rules and his mate did too. She accepted my reasons, which means everyone in the Conners family, nay the whole pack, will follow my rules.” I shifted into Fang and ran all the way home.

Travis, Jackie, Lacy, Emmaline and Lucas were waiting. Fang grinned at them all and Lacy ran to hug us, which made Fang purr in delight. When my wife stepped back, I shifted into human form and was promptly snapped into pant. I asked, “Is this large greeting group for little old me?”

Lucas sighed, “You told Haley there were rules to a Secret Santa gift exchange.” I gasped, “SGAP already linked you being upset about my rules? He just can’t be a giver of cheer. THINK of the publicity for Saint Nick’s shop when SGAP is seen walking in there all by his lonesome hits the tabloids. Online sales will BOOM! People will visit! Why doesn’t SGAP ever want to help the economy?”

Travis burst into laughter. Lucas groaned, “The economy, Dylan?” I explained, “Flights will be booked, airports will be traveled, hotels will be full, restaurants will be eaten at, andvisitors will flock to the towns around here, and all the stores within said towns.”

“I’m helping the economy, actually it’s ECONOMIES. Plural. Local and global. You’re welcome. I’m such a good person. Even though I have to drag you all along with me. We are all rich so we are supposed to give back to the community.”

Lucas reasoned, “Dylan, we donate a lot of money to the local area.” I agreed, “Of course we do. THINK of all the humans this will help in our area, along with the pack members. We are bringing Christmas in July because SGAP will get it off his to do list SO FAST!”

“You know he was always one of the first people done with their list once the online portal for Secret Santa was done. I’ll have it done tomorrow. Then the local economy will BOOM! Boom I say. Good old Saint Nick will be ever so busy.”

“His grandpups and pups that help in that blessed Christmas shop will be there more often. Suppliers will have to double Saint Nick’s orders. The people who ship things will be ever so busy. Think of the people, Lucas. Think of the people.” My best friend smirked at me.

Lacy chuckled and wrapped her arms around me. Fang purred in my head. I told them, “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have a new Christmas in July tradition to start.” Lucas groaned, “DYLAN! That is my LITTLE sister!”

I gasped, “Why is your mind always in the gutter? I was going to have Danver whip us up a Christmas cocktail. You are always thinking such thoughts about Lacy and me. I feel like it means we aren’t in the bedroom enough. I hear you loud and clear, Lucas.” Lucas groaned and hung his head.

I led Lacy inside where Danver was waiting with a red cocktail with cherries, and some sort of decorative white snow looking deal, around the rim. I teased, “Now Danver, with this act onemight think you were part of the set up to have my party again. You missed Dylanmas, didn’t you?”

Lacy gasped, “You already know? Gosh, of course you do. It’s why we all love you.” Fang purred, “We love mate.” I’d loved Lacy Lyons since she was born. Danver replied, “I will gladly admit we wanted to see this side of you again. Your party gave people such joy and planning it gave you the joy you gifted the rest of us.”

I raised my glass and downed my drink. I announced, “I must know what this drink is, because it’s now a must have at the party.” Where I would encourage all the drinking so I could watch tipsy Werewolves and Supernaturals of all kinds trying to stop Krampus.

Fang snickered in my head. Danver answered, “It’s a Santa’s Hat Coconut Rum cocktail. It just so happens to be one of my grandmama’s must haves.” I replied, “Which means now she must become my grandmama. Have her visit.” She was on his mom’s side.

Danver said, “I could invite her to the party.” I squealed, “YES!!! GRANDMAMA CHRISTMAS IS COMING TO OUR PARTY, LACY! DYLANMAS WILL LIVE IN INFAMY” Lacy laughed and finished her drink before she led me upstairs.

Lacy told me, “Finn and Buttercup are with my parents.” I cooed, “Because you want to celebrate Christmas in July as it should be done? We are a match made in Christmas.” My mate winked at me and skipped into our bedroom.

I hopped along after her, hoping for a Christmas bunny outfit. Fairies were involved so all things were possible. Fang agreed, “I do hope it’s something bunny themed.” I walked in the room and Lacy was laying on our bed in a red bodysuit with white snowflakes, bunny ears, and a little bunny tail on her butt.

I growled, “My Christmas Lacy Bunny. I really do make my own dreams come true.” Lacy agreed, “Yes, and to get yourreward I want to know what twist my sexy Beta came up with for his glorious return to hosting his party. I know that Dylanmas will come back with a bang and a twist.”
