Five
The Saint Grovecitizensrush around the town square to finish their last minute errands. They want to be ready for the Octoberfest activities. The last customer runs into the bank to get their bank transaction done before it closes.
Andrei Bartz stands at the end of the counter, observing the tellers’ activities. He stands tall, elegantly against the wall with his right black shrouded shoe crossed over his left ankle. He’s wearing an impeccable black wool suit, crisp white shirt, and red tie.
I can feel that she’s not human, but I can’t pinpoint what she is. It’s getting difficult to ignore this strange pull. Her smell is driving me insane. I love it. Her scent is very light, like a sweet rose peach.
Liza glances quickly over at Andrei. Her big brown eyes lock with Andrei’s eyes for a brief moment.
Andrei’s dark green eyes glow and the silver specks flash to the beat of his heart. He lowers his eyelids, focusing on Liza’s lovely round face.
Liza’s eyes widen, the dark pupils expand, and her black long lashes fan against her perfectly arched eyebrow. She inhales deeply to control her emotions, and shudders. A soft rose blush creeps up her neck.
The amazing spicy vanilla scent burns into her soul. She tosses her head up, then turns to look at the screen, shaking, and digging her sharp nails into her palm. Her small nose twitches as she smells his spicy vanilla scent, feeling the heat dash through her blood. She compresses her small rose lips tight and looks at the information on the screen.
What the hell? He’s not human. I know that for a fact. What is he? I haven’t meet many other entities. We’ve been living in the human realm to keep out of their sight. I’m a Fairy Garadian and I was assigned to shield Sofia Rose until it is time.
I pray that Mr. Bartz is her heart’s desire because Sofia Rose looks to be fascinated by him. I’m not sure if that can’t be possible if he’s not her heart’s desire.
I know that I’ll learn soon. Damn, Andrei is totally taking over my senses. I can’t think straight. I have to keep alert and ensure that they will not hurt Sofia Rose. She is an Elemental Princess, after all!
The last customer walks out of the bank and Andrei nods at the guard to lock the door. Andrei walks over to the Liza, looking at the tellers close up.
“Night,” says Andrei, smiling at the tellers.
“Night Mr. Bartz,” respond the tellers. They nod, and walk away, blushing.
Liza raises her right eyebrow, looking at the tellers, and shrugs. She turns to look at Andrei after she closes her station.
“Mr. Bartz, has everything been resolved?”
“Ms. Collins, the liabilities are still being rectified. I know that it’s going to take another day or so to regulate the accounts.”
Liza nods, and crosses her arms. She gazes into his dark green eyes, falling into his soul. She inhales sharply, and shudders. She turns away to walk down the hall.
“I’m going to help Sofia Rose.”
Andrei turns to follow, watching her hips sway with every small step she takes.
Damn, she’s incredible and totally turns me on! What the hell! Her scent is slowly driving me crazy!
Andrei walks behind her, following her into Sofia Rose’s office.
Liza looks over her shoulder, her eyes widen. She looks away.
“Sofia Rose, I’m going to order some pizza. I know that you’re going to be here all night again. I’m going to stay to help you!”
Sofia Rose looks away from the screen and looks at Liza and Andrei. She shakes her head.
“No, you’re not. I can do this on my own. I want you to go home. I’ll be okay, Liza.”
Sofia Rose leans against her black leather chair, smiling weakly at Liza. She quickly glances at Andrei, nodding at him.
“Will Mr. Bartz be here tommorrow?”
Andrei nods, smiles at her, looking at the special faint purple aura that is starting to glow.
I wonder what she is. I know that she’s not human. The humans aura is white, the entities have a blue aura, and we have a red aura. This is so odd, unless there’s an entity that I’m not aware of. I bet that Liza knows. They must be the same entity because they act like they’re really close. I need to talk to Liza. I have a lot of questions that I need to know. I need to learn all about Liza.
