Andrei opens the car door and jumps out, following Niko up the brick stairway.
They reach the front door and the door opens immediately. The tall thin butler stands before them with shining black eyes. The silver specks flash, the only evidence of his pleasure. He slowly intones, “Masters.”
“Hi Marcus, I’m starving! I need a huge meal. I’ll be down in twenty. We’ll then be heading to the bank,” orders Niko.
He teleports to his room, not bothering with the stairs.
“Yeah, I want a huge steak,” yells Andrei.
He races up the stairway and stops. He grins and shakes his head.
“Yeah, I’m home. I don’t have to take the stairs. Oh yeah!”
He turns to grin at Marcus, and shrugs. He raises his hands to his head and slides his fingers through his hair.
“Too much time on the earth realm.”
A few moments later Niko sits at the head of the huge wooden table with a crystal glass full of their special Violetblood wine that gives them the extra sustenance for their bodies.
“I love this Violetblood wine that Prince Ajax created for us to drink on the earth realm. This stuff really helps to keep our cravings at bay.”
Damn it, it’s not like we want to devour the humanity, but hell their blood is intoxicating. We usually only partake when we fuck.
“Hell, Niko, sometimes their blood drives me insane. Sometimes the temptation is hard to resist,” says Andrei.
“I understand. Their blood is such a turn on that it is a potent pull.”
The steaks are superb, and I need to relax. It’s to take care of business. I have to locate the Fairy Princess.
Niko takes the last drink of the Violetblood wine created with fairy blood and wine. The fairy blood is shimmering violet.
Niko sets the crystal glass on the table and pushes back the chair. He stands and stretches. He looks over at Andrei, raising his right eyebrow.
“Let’s get this done!”
“Right!”
They teleport out of the house to the front of the driveway and get into the car. In no time they drive down the lanes in the underground parking located at the bank building.
They enter the private elevators and Niko looks into the black granite square box. The blue laser beam scans his eyes and unlocks the elevator and modifies the bank’s security system.
They enter the bank in the early morning. The sunrise is breaking in the horizon; the beautiful autumn colors paint a breathtaking image in the sky. The building is cold and silent.
Niko walks over to the bank manager’s office and turns on the computers. He scans the information and looks at the security firewall. He squints his beautiful mint green eyes and pulls out his cell.
The black cell phone glows as he presses the button for Alastor, one of the Trinitas Gods that monitor the earth realm security in all the supernatural infrastructures.
“Hell! I’m not available. Leave your gen,” says Alastor’s recorded message.
“Alastor, we need to talk. It’s crucial!”
Niko clenches his jaw, frustrated. He slides his cell into the black wool overcoat.
He shrugs his wide shoulders and slides off the coat, and throws it on the chair at the door.
He walks over to the window to scan the area, then he turns around to work on the information.
He enters some codes, to access the extra emergency security firewall. He has the firewall as a safety measure for such an emergency.
