Adalynn

“You’re not making anysense,” I say, but my words fall on deaf ears as they lead me into their house.“I want to go home.I’m calling a cab,” I add when I get nowhere with them.
“Adalynn, how many other ways do we have to tell you that you belong to us?”Tylan says with a serious authority that makes my body catch fire.Tylan always teases me, drives me to the brink of unspeakable pleasure, and then toys with me as he chuckles away.
I know this because after they took my virginity, bathed me, and fed me sweet treats until I dozed off again, it was Tylan who woke me up, his tongue so deep inside my pussy that I pulled at his hair at the thought of coming so hard I would embarrass myself. In his mouth. He just pressed on my stomach, chuckled, and made me die three deaths of pleasure in a row.
“I...Did you say I belong to you?”I didn’t imagine it the first time?
“Yes,” Rafe says.“You’re ours.”
“But how? Why?What do you mean I belong to you?Like I owe you for the rest of my life because you did me a favor?”
“Woman, we love you,” Cove growls.
“You love me?For real? So, this isn’t a prank?A bet you made that you could make me fall in love with you?”That’s what happened in the romance novel I was reading. It was all just one big dare.It turned out okay, because all the characters fall in love, but it was still only a romance book, far from my reality. That’s what Ines used to plant some doubt in my head.Well, she didn’t have to bother, I had enough doubt of my own anyway.
“What? No.We love you.Nothing else to it.”
“When our grandmother told us about you, she showed us a photo of you, and from that split second, you were imprinted in our heads.Nothing mattered except having you.”
“Do you think we dropped everything to show up at the ranch?Because we needed to touch you like our fucking lives depended on it.”
“Do you understand now?”
Tears stream down my face. They love me.The same way I love them.
“Now,” Cove says as he takes my hand, removes my fake engagement ring, and slips it into his pocket.“Will you marry us, Adalynn?”
Words fail me as they present me with three velvet boxes. My gaze flies up to their faces. They can’t be serious. Can they?
“Just say yes, sweetheart,” Rafe says.
“Yes,” I shout, “Yes, yes, yes.A thousand endless times yes.I love you.I’ve loved you since the first moment I saw you on the cover of that magazine.I love you. With my own heart and soul and everything...”
They open the boxes and slip the rings onto my finger, and now I can’t stop crying. The exact replica of the ring I had designed for them now adorns my finger, except it’s been made with real diamonds and white gold and must cost a fortune on its own.
“How?”I ask bewildered.
“We have our means.Besides we couldn’t have you making your own wedding ring. You designed it, we got our jewelers to get it done by the time we got back home.”
Oh god.I can’t find the words, so instead, I throw myself at them, and they catch me and never let me go.They carry me upstairs, strip my clothes, then kiss every inch of my skin as if I were the best Christmas present, they ever received.
