“I’ll meet you there.” Damon pulls on his helmet, stomping over to his huge Harley. He swings one leg over the side then kicks off into the night, the engine roaring.

It’s a good thing there’s no space for him in the car because I’m furious at him for how he’s acting. Faye looked heartbroken when he said he was going to leave. Doesn’t he understand the magnitude of this? He’s not only sabotaging his own happiness but the packs too, and I’m tired of it. Rejecting your omega—our scent match—during a heat is completely unacceptable. He needs to get his head out of his ass for long enough to realize that she’s the best thing to ever happen to us. However, I’ll have to deal with Damon later because, right now, our number one priority is taking Faye someplace safe.

This will be her first real heat. She’s going to need us to coach her through it. Since her last scare, we’re much more prepared. We’ve all researched and planned what to do in case it happened again. I even bought a cabin in the mountains to make sure we would never be caught off guard.

SVU is situated at the bottom of a large mountain range that is peppered with cabins throughout the woodland. Many students rent out the mountain cabins during heats, SVU’slocation being one of the many reasons why it’s so popular with alphas and omegas. I didn’t want to risk relying on a rental, though—not when I couldn’t be sure it’d be available when we need it. Besides, buying one means we can fill it with all the home comforts Faye deserves. While it still needs work, it’ll be better than a poorly constructed blanket fort in the pack house.

Our first heat together is a big deal—not only for Faye but for all of us. Although I’m not showing it, I’m nervous as hell. I want this to be perfect. We can’t blow this. Not with Faye. She’s too important.

Ren leads Faye to the sleek, black Town Car waiting. “This way, baby.”

“Sorry for my attire, Mr. Silverwood.” Frank bows, opening the car door for us. He’s still wearing his tartan pajamas but has shoved his driver’s cap, rather lopsidedly, on his head. If it wasn’t such a serious situation, it’d be almost comical. Frank’s forehead wrinkles deepen in concern when he sees Faye. “I wanted to get here as quickly as possible to get the little lady where she needs to be.”

“Hi Frank.” Faye breathes through the pain, even braving a small smile. “Sorry to wake you.”

Our omega is strong. I made all of us try a heat emulator once because I thought it was important to have a real understanding of what they go through. To truly be able to empathize. The machine mimicked the cramps omega’s experience. Damon was the only one who could speak through the worst of the pain. For Faye to be smiling is a huge testament to her inner strength. Though I’m not sure how long she’ll be able to hold it together.”

“Wake me?” Frank waves off her apology. “Don’t you worry about me, little lady.”

As Ren bundles her into the back seat, Frank turns to me. “I put some extra blankets in the back. My sister was an omega—God rest her soul. It’s not much, but keeping her warm will help.”

“Thanks.” I clap him on the back. “I’ll pay you double for this.”

“I won’t hear of it!” He shakes his head. “Now let’s go. The roads are quiet, so I should be able to get you up there in half an hour if I put my foot down. I’ll put up the partition to give you some privacy.”

“Who’s riding up front?” Laz asks.

He’s not doing well at hiding his nerves, bouncing on the spot.

“Why don’t you keep Frank company in the front, Laz?” I put my hand on his shoulder then add under my breath, “I know you’re scared, bro. Just use the drive as a chance to chill out, okay? You’re gonna be fine.”

Clearly relieved, Laz sighs and nods. Despite his usual overly confident bravado, Laz is eager to please. He’ll do anything to keep our omega happy.

“It hurts so bad.” Faye is writhing in pain, her eyes slammed shut when I slide into the seat next to her. Her voice is unusually high-pitched, and she’s burning up. “Please… I need…”

“Do you need some relief, omega?” I offer.

There’s no way she’s going to make it all the way to the cabin. We’re going to have to help her take the edge off.

“Yes.” She clutches her stomach. “Please, alpha.”

“Tell us what you need.” I trail the pads of my fingers up and down her arm.

“Knots.” When her big, brown eyes look at me like she is now—full of need—I’ll do anything she asks. “I need knots.”

My cock hardens at the sheer desperation in her voice. I’d fill her right here, burying my knot inside her if I could, but we’re lacking in space.

“Later,” I promise. “How about we touch you? Would you like to soak my fingers with your slick while you play with Ren’s knot?”

“Mm, yes.” She wiggles back-and-forth, like she’s trying to buck against an invisible hand. “I want…” She eagerly reaches for the buttons on Ren’s pants.

Ren’s eyes pan wide as saucers, darting up to me. “Are you sure?”

“She feels most comfortable with you,” I reply. “But don’t forget, this is her first time being touched, so we need to take it slow.”

We’ve never had group sex before, but we all know that’s part of the deal when you’re in a pack serving an omega. All we care about is her pleasure, and Ren needs this. The disaster with Belle made him feel inferior, so despite my knot begging for her attention, I want him to know how it feels to be truly desired.
