“I am not who you think I am.And I find it despicable that you’re prancing around half-naked in my company. My name is Genevieve Quinn.I’m a teacher at Valley Bright Elementary.I teach first grade, for goodness’ sake.I’m here because I would like to speak to Mr.and Mrs.Grant.Jake’s parents. Not to be accosted by three arrogant jerks. Now where are the Grants?”
“Carver didn’t send you.”
“If I have to hear the name Carver one more time,” I say through gritted teeth.
“You’ll put us in detention,” Levi asks, a smile on his face.
“No, I’ll punch your eye out.”
“And you teach first graders with a mouth like that?So violent, Ms.Quinn,” Alexander says.
I close my eyes and take a breath, but my body doesn’t feel like my own.Of course it doesn’t.It’s still pulsing from every pore, still basically on fire from the two climaxes I just experienced with three men I don’t know from a stick of chalk, all at once.
Chapter Seven

Genevieve

No, I did not wakeup this morning thinking I would come apart in the most primal way a human can come apart in a luxury penthouse, under the touch of men who were, by all accounts, illegally too good-looking.
But that can all be forgotten, as it rightfully should. As I tell my kids, when at first you don’t succeed, brush yourself off and try again. This means I need to find Mr.and Mrs.Grant so I can talk to them about Jake and ask them kindly not to send caviar and truffles to our next movie day.
By the time I’m tucking my blouse into the waistband of my skirt and preparing to give them another earful about their inappropriate behavior, the sound of another man echoes around me.
“Boys?”
A cheerful-looking man with kind eyes, a mop of gray hair, and an easy gait steps into the room, and relief floods me.Finally, someone who looks like a sane adult.I immediately discard the three scoundrels for this man.He can help me.
“Hello, my name is Genevieve Quinn,” I say, rushing forward and neatening my hair as I do so.“I’m a teacher at Valley Bright Elementary.Jake Grant is a student of mine, and I would very much like to speak to his parents. This was the address on file, but unfortunately, it seems to be occupied by three Neanderthals. Can you help me?I need to speak to Jake’s parents, please.”
“Wait, so you’re really Jake’s teacher?”Levi asks.
“That’s what I’ve been saying for the last twenty minutes.Repeatedly,” I reply, swinging around to face him.
