What to do when you start to see your best friend in a whole new way…

Skylar–Carter is my best friend and has been forever. But these days, he’s acting strangely. I can’t figure out what’s up with him, and right now, I need him focused. We’re working on the business expo for our town Endearing, and I need his help. My bakery can use the extra business this expo will bring…so why is he picking now to act so squirrely? And why am I picking now to suddenly notice how handsome and charming he is??

Carter–Skylar is my best friend, but recently, something’s going on with me. I’m suddenly seeing her in a completely different way…and it’s making me crazy. I can’t tell her I want more from our relationship because I plan to leave town soon, and she’s settled here.
