I moved to Willow Creek to get away from my problematic sister. Too bad her troubles decided to follow me. Now I’m stuck lying to my new friends and keeping secrets that could get me killed. Nolen swears he can protect me if I promise to share the burden with him but I soon learn I’m not the only one keeping secrets.
Vanessa had intrigued me since the day I met her but even more so when she ran out of her job in tears. Now I’m making it my mission to figure out why she’s hiding away. I’ll gladly protect her even if it means betraying a friend.
