He did it again and Jodie grabbed the sleeping bag. Pleasure rolled through her, growing with every stroke.
Mac watched her face while he touched her. She closed her eyes.
“Don’t hide, Jodie. Open your eyes. I want to see them. I want to see you enjoying everything.”
She opened them and let him see how his every touch affected her—every shiver, every moment her body surrendered a little more.
“Mac, I’m so close.”
“I know, baby.” He brought his mouth down to hers. “Do you want me to kiss you?”
“God, yes.”
“Good. Then while I’m kissing you, I want you to let go. I want to feel you come.”
Before she could answer yes, his mouth covered hers in an all-consuming kiss.
Jodie came hard against his hand. The orgasm ripped through her quickly as she moaned into his mouth. Mac held her through it, fingers slowing only when the last contractions faded.
Jodie lay there panting. “Okay,” she whispered.
Mac kissed her temple. “Okay good or okay stop?”
Her heart squeezed. “Okay, I love you and I want you inside me.”
Mac went still and his eyes closed.
“What?”
He opened his eyes again. “I’m trying very hard not to come twice in five minutes like a teenager.”
Jodie wrapped her arms around his neck. “I have faith in you.”
“Dangerous choice.”
She kissed him.
Mac reached for their bag beside the sleeping rolls, found the condoms they’d packed, and tore one open. Watching him roll it on made her pulse start all over again.
Ridiculous. Remind me again which one of us feels like a teenager.
Mac settled between her legs. He looked at her.
Jodie nodded. “Please.” She wrapped her legs around him.
He entered her slowly, inch by inch until he was settled into her completely.
There. She loved feeling that full, delicious stretch and the weight of his body held carefully over hers.
Mac stopped once he was fully inside. “Baby.” The way he was looking at her almost hurt.
So much love in his eyes.
Jodie touched his face. “I love you.”
Mac’s expression softened. “I love you too.”
Then she tightened her legs around him.
