“I feel…”
My mind was hazy and light, then he cussed.
“Shit…”
And then I felt nothing…
Chapter
Eight
My first thought was that I drank too much. Twice back to back was a lot, but I’d held back. That wasn’t it. I hurriedly carried her through the apartment until I found the bedroom where I gently placed her down and checked her pulse. I worked my dick back into my briefs and jeans but left them undone.
Her breaths were slow and faint, which meant she was okay, but just to be sure, I bit down on my wrist and placed it to her lips, allowing just a few drops. She was overwhelmed and needed a quick fix. My blood would give her that. When she moaned and her tongue swiped her lips, my dick hardened in approval.
“Uri, baby, open your eyes.”
“Hmmm?” she hummed, then her tongue moved over her lips again. She had my blood, which gave me access, but I wouldn’t violate that privacy, no matter how much I wanted inside her mind.
Keep that shit under control, Ky.
“Open your eyes.”
She blinked a few times then looked around the room confused before her eyes focused on me.
“We’re in my room.”
“Yeah.”
“I told you not to empty my veins,” she mumbled lowly.
I chuckled. “It wasn’t that.”
“I passed out. I’m pretty sure that was your fault,” she asserted.
“It was but not because I drank too much.”
“Then what?” She lifted her head and frowned.
“Your body was overwhelmed.”
She sat up and scooted to the edge of the bed. I sat next to her before pulling her into my lap. She winced and shifted a little, trying to get comfortable.
“That’s not possible, it was just sex.”
I smirked. “You really gonna act like that was just sex.”
“Are you really trying to get hype for your dick?”
“Hype, nah, but honesty, yeah. You’re gonna have to let me get that.”
She smiled and shook her head. “Okay fine, it was more than just sex.”
I reached for one of her hands, laced my fingers with hers, and lifted her wrist into view. “Your veins aren’t glowing.”
“Okay?” she said with a frown.
“I talked to your cousin today.” Her frown deepened.
