“Yeah. I mean, I don’t know.”

He takes a deep breath and runs his fingers through his hair. I can’t help but keep my eyes on his cock.

“This was a fun night, and I think we’re ready for the weekend,” he says slowly.

I sit up, and I feel his eyes on my breasts. He groans as he pushes the door and comes back closer to me.

“We cannot fuck.”

“I wasn’t going to fuck you. I was just going to give you a blow job because you had gone down on me.”

“But I don’t just want a blow job,” he says. “I want you. Fuck, how badly I want you. And you can’t tell me you don’t want me too.” He licks his lips. “But we can’t.”

“I know we can’t. I just wanted to see if we were ready to pass the test this weekend.” I grin at him, lying. “Please, just stay. Let’s prove we can sleep in the same bed without fucking.”

He rubs his jaw and then flexes his arms as his eyes laugh at me. “You’re going to make this really hard on me, aren’t you, Rosie Meadows?”

“I think you’ve made it hard on yourself already.”

He throws his head back and laughs, and I watch as he grabs his phone from the side table.

“Okay, if I’m going to stay here, we’re going to have a lesson.”

“A lesson?” I stare at him. “What’s the lesson?”

“Let’s see. I found an article yesterday called ‘How to Tell If He’s Boyfriend Material.’ I think you need to read it and really comprehend it.”

“Are you joking right now, Brett?”

He shakes his head. “That’s the very last thing I’m doing.” He sits down on the bed and lies back. “I don’t think we should be naked right now.”

“Why not?” I say as I run my fingers down his chest. “Would you find it that hard to resist little itty-bitty old me?”

He touches the side of my face, and I feel his other hand squeezing my ass.

“No.” He grins. “I can resist if you can.”

“I can,” I say. “Obviously, I can. I mean, I’ve already had my orgasm tonight.” I yawn and give him a sleepy little wink. “I don’t need anything else, but thank you. I hope you don’t find it too hard to sleep.”

Chapter Thirteen

ROSIE

I feel like I’m about to throw up as we get out of Brett’s car and make our way to the front of the house.

“This is an estate,” I say, looking over at Brett as he strides toward the front steps. “Brett, this is a mansion. Your family is rich. Rich, rich.”

“I don’t know what to tell you, Rosie. I thought you understood that when I told you I was doing this to get my trust.”

“I mean, I didn’t realize it was going to be such a substantial trust.”

“Really?” He grins at me. “You thought I’d get a fake girlfriend for a few thousand?”

“No, but …” I take a deep breath. “How much is the trust worth, if you don’t mind me asking?”

“The initial trust is fifty million.” He grins as my jaw drops. “Now, don’t go getting any ideas.”

“I am not getting any ideas.” My voice is squeaky. “Why don’t you just get married? Lord have mercy on my soul, I feel horrible saying this, but if I had a trust worth fifty million dollars, there’s no way I’d walk away from it.”
