The Boyfriend Bet

She takes another long sip of her wine, puts the glass on the table, and crawls over to me.

“What are you doing?”

“I’m getting all up in your space,” she says, “because if we’re in love and we’re going to prove we’re in love, then we have to be comfortable with being in each other’s spaces.”

“I see.” I want to tell her that I’d love to be in all her spaces, but I don’t think she’ll laugh at my immature joke.

She sits back against the couch, and I grab her around the waist and place her on my lap. “If we were really together, I’d want you actually on me.” I shift back and shimmy her back against me. I swallow hard as her ass rubs against my cock deliciously and I feel it twitching.

“Can I have a sip of your wine?”

She turns to me with an innocent expression as she rubs herself gently against my hardening member. I know she knows exactly what she’s doing.

“What?”

“If you’re my boyfriend, about to be my fiancé”—she lowers her voice—“then you’d give me a sip of your wine.”

I swallow hard, place the rim of the glass against her lips, and tip it.

She sips slowly and then licks her lips. “That was good. Doesn’t hurt to share, does it?”

She rubs the side of my face, and I gaze at her. My right hand rests on the top of her leg and slides down between her thighs. She freezes as my fingers trace up and down.

“What are you doing, Rosie?”

I tease her as she murmurs lightly, “I think I should be asking that question.”

“We’re just getting comfortable, right?” I move my hand and slide it around her waist, moving my lips to her neck. “Like we would if we were really dating. We’d be comfortable with intimate touches here and there.”

“Yes, we would.” Her hand lightly touches mine as she grinds herself into me.

“I suppose if we were really lovers, this would be natural.”

“I’m being your girlfriend, and this is what I’d do.”

She lowers her eyes and shifts again, and I feel her ass rubbing back and forth against my crotch. I growl as I hold her still, and she giggles. My fingers slide down and I palm her crotch, feeling the warm heat against my palm as she shudders slightly. I gently rub my index finger against her mound and bring it back up to her waist.

“That’s how your boyfriend would respond.” I lick the side of her neck, and she turns to me.

“Should we practice kissing now?” She rubs her thumb over my lips, and I swallow hard.

I want to do so much more than kissing.

“You might enjoy it too much. I think we should keep asking questions.”

“Then ask me another question, Brett.” She sighs, and I run my fingers down her legs again.

“Are you a morning person or an evening person?”

“Not going to lie, I’m an evening person. Wake me up too early, and I’m a grump. What about you?”

“I like waking up early. I like to go on morning runs, but I can stay up late. I don’t need much sleep. I guess the military made me efficient with what I need.”

“Are you ever going to tell me about your time in the military?” Her voice lowers.

“I guess. I don’t think that’s important right now.”

“And what about …” She pauses.
